  • too cute those Elephant Babies :-D

  • "I got your nose!"

  • You have a great friend there. I think he is trying to pull your nose to make it longer. What a precious moment to encounter.

  • That is just amazing and wonderful - it put a huge smile on my face. :)

  • Man, it's my dream to be able to do something like that. It seems like it would be a wonderful experience. :) Elephants are my favorite wild animals!

  • Elephants are the most beautiful of Gods creatures, even humans.

  • it looks like it was smearing shit on ur face

  • CUTE!

  • That's a baby mammoth!

I knew they'd be back one day.

  • How long did you stay there to look after them? It must have been hard to leave the babies, when it was time for you to go home and the baby would have missed you as well! I know what its like, I look after wildlife in Australia and I worry about them also, after they are released to wild again. Thanks for sharing!

  • @hugwildlife Many many thanks Rita for bringing this delightful video to my attention. What an amazing and joyful experience it must have been to be able to interact with these gorgeous orphans. I would love to do something such as this, but I think my age might be against me now. The baby elephant is probably trying to figure out where the lady's trunk has gone :-)

  • Very cute elephant baby

  • Baby elephants are so cute...

  • Do elephants understand their weight? She never sat on you yet one time lifted a leg on your thigh but removed it. I"m amazed at the focus on the face.

  • To a baby elephant, a human probably appear to be just an ugly elephant without a trunk or a tail.

  • WOW those elephants are CUTE!

  • That is hilarious how he or she was so fasinated with your nose. How come you don't pet them?

  • The baby elephant is trying to figure out where your trunk is.

  • Amy, you are so lucky! I want an elephant to play with my nose too!

  • I think she was searching for your missing trunk!

  • My God , how can you remain so still? I wouldn't be able to stop myself for hugging this baby

  • How did you become so lucky to be able to work with these amazing animals? Please write back. :)

  • I did an internship at a wildlife rehabilitation center in India where we took in orphaned wild elephant calves and raised them until they were old enough to be released back into the wild.

  • @amystan gosh u are extremely lucky ... it must've been like a dream ...

  • @amystan It is so good to know that kind of centers do exist and give atention to the elephants

  • @amystan I've never been more jealous in my life, how did you go about doing that?

  • @amystan How did you find this opportunity? Did you need training or any education prior? I am searching for a similar opportunity!

  • @amystan That was my DREAM to work at a refuge or rehab center! But I got Multiple Sclerosis and that was that. I come to the internet to watch videos of elephants to make me smile. Thank you for sharing this!

  • @PellekTheRealist cause she is so chubby the elephants thougt she was one of them ......:-D
