That boss later appeared in Aero Fighters Assault (a.k.a. Sonic Wings Assault) for the N64.

Anyone can beat the game with the captain & parrot's plane, but i managed to beat it with the plane piloted by the baby. Strange but true...

Dude that really isn't something to be proud of. When I played NEO GEO I needed only one coin to get to stage 11. I then got killed by the Beam that comes before the Boss. I didn't knew that it killes you.
