The robot is bad because on the finale episode of Lost, a plane comes by and once everybody boards the plane, Bad Robot shoots his laser beamz and destroys the plane and everybody on it. This should at least be an alternative ending.

the project is called: cloverfield. nothign is known about it except it is a monster movie about a moster being called the parasite that is shot completely from teh perspective of home video cameras.
