This is the VHS right? I still have this somewhere! Unfortunately I do not have the PCE or TG16/Duo or the game...but have played it. I do have the OST- which is great.

LoL at 3:08-3:23!!!! Like that wasn't staged. I remember watching this promo on VHS as a kid in the 90's and even then me and my cousin would laugh at how absolutely cheesy it was. Why did they make such a shitty promo for such a great game? no wonder the turbo duo didn't sell for shit in the U.S. The marketing team was obviously smoking huge boulders of crack to come up with this garbage.

It's unfortunate that you chose the word "noob", since it's common knowledge that Lords of Thunder was exclusive to Turbo Duo at the time and only later appeared on Sega-CD after the Duo was discontinued.

Just as Dreamcast Sega exclusives later made their way to Gamecube after Sega exited the hardware business.

The sega cd version ( i own them both) is KINDA like the Turboduo version.

Im also a musician, there is a huge difference in soundtrack.

Back in OUR day we didn't have any of this fancy intertube stuff. We had to fill out a form in a magazine, mail it in, then wait 8 weeks for a 7 minute VHS tape.

This is a pretty retarded promo. There's just so much random shitty footage of people (like the bitch in the car) basically saying "it's awesome", when they wouldn't know a video game if you shoved it up their ass sideways and twisted it. It's like they paid these guys 20 bucks and a pizza to make this thing.

I have one of those shirts but it has a different and better design (fr and bk). I've never worn it but somehow it go stained. I also have this promo tape. I ALSO had the DUO and almost the entire collection of games before I sold it. I wish I hadn't now. :(

I remember we had this looping at Babbages all day long. They actually sold a lot of TG16 and TurboDuo systems because of Lords of Thunder, Gate of Thunder, the Splatterhouse games, Bloody Wolf, Devils Crush, and the Legendary Axe games that we had on demo. We also had Dracula X for people to play, but we couldn't sell it (though we told people how to import it).

Compare this promo tape to any other promo tape.

It just doesn't compare, only the Lords of Thunder Promo tape has that authentic arcade feel.

Not only that but when you wait to the end you unlock footage of BOMBERMAN!!!!

I love these games...but then again I can't spend more than 10 minutes on it since it doesn't have any depth...and that was the problem with the Turbo Grafx 16/PC Engine/ Turbo CD/ PC Engine CD/Turbo Duo/PC engine duo system/s because it/they had too many of those games...
