I've been racking my brains trying to work out why I like this ad so much. I think it's the humanity in it. There is an anarchic energy here. What you expect from goth as opposed to what they are going to give you. Many a time I have been greeted by the chant "cheer up". Less since my conversion to Steampunk (& learning light pugilism), but still in "cheering up" they are still very Goth, maybe that's the problem. There's no pleasing some people. Best not to bother trying, it can only end badly.

And the way I dress and what I am is quiet defferent. My mother is a deffinet goth and she says I am, but someone who doesn't know me and sees me randomly could say I am a modd. Omg emo comes from EMOtion, and when you call a person an emo it means emotionly disturbed( always crying, noone loves them, etc.) There isn't a music gender that's called emo, and ffs the way people dress doesn't make them an emo it's the way the act and/or live their lives. Whitby has a Dracula museum because part of Bram Stokers book Dracula was written in Whitby. Since then the Goths have been gathering there twice a year in the fall and the spring. Coming in larger numbers ever since so now its the Whitby Gothic Weekend. I want to go very badly. If you are still interested then look up Whitby Gothic Weekend on here and you will find a sort of documentary of sorts its very very good.
