Dude, the first chord (the most important one) is just not right. This can also go as Dm11, given that there's D bass note, but voicing and fingering of the original chord is different. The TAB would be (from low E to High E): X53533. That means you have to barre first four strings with your index finger on the 3rd fret, than add ring finger on the 5th fret of A string, and pinky on the 5th fret of G string. Try it - you'll like it. Peace!
