I am by no means an indianapolis homer, being from FL, but can someone explain why on every Colt posession highlight, there is no official behind the linebackers, but on every green bay posession highlight, there is always an official behind the linebackers. Does this affect the no-huddle offense in any way, due to the new rule change, of having to wait for the official to be in place?
