ermm, i don't think it should matter. make sure you clicked the proper download mirror on the wow website, it should be a very small link in the corner around 1:37 on the video

in the main wow folder there should be these folders and applications, you could do a windows search for them so you know where to put wow.exe: cache, data, errors, interface, realmlists, wtf, background downloader, BNupdate, launcher, wow error

When ever i try to run the patch it keep saying Wow.exe file not found. and i reinstalled the trial a couple time too.

it's not too hard to fix. the problem is that you moved wow.exe out of the main folder. if you moved it on your desktop as a shortcut, just put it back in the "World of Warcraft" folder with all the rest of the things.if you can't find it do a search for wow exe. im going to be away for a week or so if you run into troubles but ill answer your question if you have any when i get back

O i never put it in the destop it was in the folder World of warcraft trials. the Wow.exe file is the thing the run wow right or is it different someone said the Wow.exe it another thing.

ya theres a difference, the main objective is to have wow exe to be in the main folder with the other applications because the shortcut tells wow.exe to start the game

ok screw the questions i said before i figured them out but i need help on something els i made my account on the account creation and i waited 20 minutes and i start wow from the wow exe thing but when i try to log in it says that there are some corrupted files in the interface or something like that

hey, for some reason it wont work. when i install the full version, the realmlist.wtf dosnt show up, and neither the "wow file" i've done every step needed on this, but it wont work... are you like, not meant to download the auto wow patches? ive done everything it says, but it just wont work.

im not sure what the actual blizz servers support now. if they're higher than this server and it auto patches, it updates to blizzard servers, because its supposed to. if it did this you'll have to wait until burning wow private servers are updated to the most recent patch. about the realmlist and wow exe. just do a search from them from the start menu, and make sure you're searching for all files and folders not just exe's or something. if all fails just reinstall everthing. it usually works.

how long will it take to download world of warcraft (not tbc)

well, really depends on your computer power, but i got my comp 3 years ago, 1 gig o ram, good processor and it took around well 12 hours for each, just cause they don't have the fastest dedicated servers for downloads. i also had a fire wall which slowed things down!

well, for public you gotta pay, it's known as the retail version, private means you don't gotta pay but theres still other players around the world you see, just privatly own'd . i don't see why you would pay 15 dollars a month when you could pay for free

probably not the most recent patch, check the set up guide to see what version you need, if you updated it too far, then, you gotta wait till burning wow updates it
