  • yeah lately i started to realize that out of know where im starting to eat less meat and fast food.. like its something mental.. :0 i lost quite a few lbs lately

  • JJJJUUUUMMMMPPPPCCCCUUUUTTTT....

  • @EdgePitSwing Yes, 260 with a sex drive. I'm only human after all. But best believe I know how to fucking work it!

  • you look skinny and cute

  • Come no now laci, you are not being honest. You didn't lose the weight for your health. For a female of your age, health is ancillary compared to the other concerns that occupy a woman's thoughts, such as men and sex. In your vids you've always come across with a refreshing brand of brutal honesty. But here you have clearly failed. But then again, if you really did endure the difficult struggle of losing weight "for your health," then you are one strange chick.

  • Laci got fatter since this video. I only noticed because of how thin she is in this one though!

  • @ShadowBasker Lol no she didn't, she is just wearing casual clothes which hides her shape more..

  • Laci, Marry me. Now. Please. c:

  • I've been "fat" as long as I can remember. My doctors are never happy because my bmi is too high for my height and body frame. But all they see is a number. I'm 260 pounds. I'm at my personal heaviest. But that number is not a detriment. I'm a healthy person. I don't have heart problems or high blood pressure. I have a normal diet, I do normal activites, and I have a normal sex drive. My weight is a number. It's not who I am. It's not what I see when I look in the mirror and it never will be.

  • @greeninker86 260 with a sex drive? Yikes.

  • I have just realized, this video makes me feel as if I'm actually there with you, walking in that forest and listening to you telling me about "your story".

    I love it.

I'm naturally thin, not by choice or longing to be idolized, I have a strong metabolism and I have trouble with vegetables; any advice? I eat a lot of meat (usually white), I can eat carrots, tomoatoes, cuccumbers, lettuce (only in ceaser salad) I know eating only meat with rice, spaghetti or mashed potatoe isn't good. what to do?

  • You're amazing @_@

  • Could you please make a video about "our society's complicated relationship with food" specifically? I'd really love to hear your viewpoint.

  • It's very simple; people like what they like. Whether or not someone's preference is for thin or not-so-thin, or not-so-not-so thin is conditioned by society, it really doesn't matter. There's no point in trying to change people's views on weight (other than to get them to shut up about it).

  • 2:58 & 3:27 You could apply the same logic to acne; however, you probably think people with moderate to severe acne aren't attractive, yet it's wrong if someone didn't find you attractive because you were almost obese. Great logic, especially since acne isn't as easily prevented or removed as fat is, and most acne sufferers actually put in the effort to change; whereas, most fatties won't even really try. If people with acne aren't considered attractive than neither should fatties.

  • haha first off, I laugh at all the people giving you validation that you're cute, we all know you're beautiful as I'm sure you do too! That's not what this vid is about and they completely missed the point. Also loved what you said at the end, I'm getting married in a year(ish) and doing intense kick boxing classes (cause I like to feel strong) and my instructor keeps saying "oh think of how good you'll look in your dress" and i'm like "bitch! i'd look good in my dress right now!!"

  • you are really cute! dont worry about what people say!!!

  • I would gladly rail the shit out of you

    And I'm not 45-54 creeper...

  • @algi80 nice :)

  • @algi86 nice :)

  • "Chubby"? You mean, you had wide shoulders?

  • Feminist: "Don't put value on my pants size."

Feminist: "I prefer to date men who are taller than me."

  • @59Gretsch No kidding....

  • @59Gretsch Feminist: "Don't put value on my pants size. If you personally don't find me attractive in a sexual manner I don't mind, but if you think I'm worth less as a person because of my weight, looks, body type we have a problem."

Feminist: "I may prefer to date people who are "insert description here.", but I don't think any less of you as a person because of how you look. I care far more about a person's personality".

  • my wife lost 80lbs in one year just by change her nutrition, 3 quarts of water a day and walking 2 miles every evening, using a gazelle while watching tv. the down side was that she toned up enought to kick my butt.plus i lost about $2000 buying her a new wardrobe.

  • @Robandall You men are morons. Not all men, just men like you. Is that all you care about? Cleavage? Imbeciles.

  • @fatassgreasypussy Your husband may be "fat and ugly" but you, woman, sound like an uneducated moron. You are a fool to think that this girl is fat, when she clearly isn't. Didn't your mother ever tell you not to put stupid comments on YouTube just to get attention?

  • I agree with you. I think you were pretty before you lost you weight too (I'm gay/not hitting on you). Reminds me of that Levi's ad that said something like "Hotness comes in all shapes and sizes" but all the models were the same shame and size. I think some people even look better with more weight. At the end of the day, it really is about your health and not your look. <3

  • irritating

  • cut out all meat? thats not so good, no offence

  • Don't trust BMI. Trust me.

  • ur still fat sorry to say that.... I have a sick fiance that right comments to fat girls... he liks fat girls becuse he is fat and ugly and trying to make me fat like him

  • You are very cute/pretty.

  • @Robandall Well, you might be staring at her breasts the whole time, but I actually think she has some intelligent things to say!

  • You say it's not about people's perception of you and yet you still use your sexuality to get subs. Yea, so there that is. You voice a lot of valid opinions and, of course, "be who you wanna be", chose a camera angle that is most "flattering",and all that, but tuck away the cleavage watch the subs drop.

  • Men actually prefer girls with some meat. That's been shown in many studies (and locker-room talk). I normally can't help thinking that the girls in hollywood would look so much better with another 15 or 20 pounds on them. Right now they just look....unhealthy. Please don't lose anymore weight. You look healthy at this one.

  • true that girl you are so positive and happy you are my role model

  • omg i'm the same height and around the same weight :D

  • PEOPLE STOP MAKING COMMENTS ABOUT LACI'S BOOBS!

  • i think you looked great then and still look great now. keep it up =D

  • hippie

  • SAME HERE!!!

  • I comment a lot on your videos and I have discovered something.. not sure if you read your comments, but.. I think it is so funny that we have almost the same exact ideals (except on religion) and we have the same names.. except I am Lacy and you are Laci. Just a funny observation. Great video. It's nice to see you when you aren't full of rage.

  • Laci, you look great and looked great before you lost weight. You're adorable. Keep up the great work. I enjoy watching your videos. :)

  • You have a wide face like me. People like us look overweight easy. Great job on your health journey.

  • That's a good way to go!Always think of health and not the weight number! There is some numbers there but the thing is..I don't believe we were ment to count those numbers. We didn't evolve with scales and calorie charts..we evolved to need certain nutrients every day. I've never worried about portion size with an orange....I just know I got my vitamin C for the day from eating that.Nature tells me one is enough.Too bad junk food is glorified so much..that's what really makes portions difficult.

  • no no no to soy - yes to coconut oil, hemp oil, unpasteurized honey ( a little ) - herbal teas, best thing to see a dietician - nuts also excellent - good luck, you look great!!

  • I must say honestly you looked great when you weighed more...and you look great now. I have a similar situation. Same height but a little heavier, on a weight loss plan now, and it's also cuz I just want to be healthier and feel better. Love that you did this video, this helps a lot!

  • Damn I love this girl......I want to find one with a similar attitude. :)

  • dude 5'2 160? thats a heathy thick chick with curves in all the right places.

  • @fatassgreasypussy I used to be 135 at 6' now i feel heavy at 155 compared to what I used to be. but to be 160 at only 5'2 is a bit chubby no offense. Not that thats a bad thing its just a fact.

  • @mgibbs88 Hi Mgibbs88 My fiance is just insecure he writes comment to fat girls so he feels better.. I just I never really check his youtube I was just carious today and see what he writes to people and I saw his comment on this girl he is so stupid....

  • @fatassgreasypussy My fiance is fat nd ugly he writes nice comments to fat girls because he is insecure ... 160 LB and she is ONLY 5'2 that is fat sorry to say that but being honest

  • by losing so much weight did you get stretch marks or sagging skin?

  • Laci, please please please stay away from soy! do more research on foods and how they are grown. even the soil the veggies grew in can spoil its nutrients.

  • My buddy is fat? And he plays Basketball. Nothing wrong with eating alot

  • im fat n healthy and i dont care go lacy! :P

  • haha u use very big words im like -_-

  • You are the best person. Just ever.

  • oh laci, you're brilliant :)

  • Wow.... Laci your are the shit. Your very pretty don't listen to douchebags. I mean who the fuck wants a skinny anorexic boney girl? I like girls who actually have meat on their bones.

  • You made me feel so much better about myself. Keep it up.

  • you may not NEED meat, but you REQUIRE 1.ALL the essential amino acids and 2. iron.

Animal Products are the easiest way to get these, Animal Protein is always complete (all AAs) and heme/animal iron is easiest for us to absorb.

To get all the AAs out of a vegetarian diet, it must be carefully planed to ensure you get them i.e. Rice w/ beans gets you all essential AAs, separately they won't.

Preagricultural man was healthier, the real hazard is grain/carbs/SUGAR and the resulting insulin peaks.

  • did you do that balancing act all in one take? haha.

  • dont worry about it you are still chubby

  • @kiklop777 and you will always be a cunt :)

  • pff cutting fat is dumb

  • This.Is.BEAUTIFUL! :)

  • er....I love you

  • was this filmed at lake chabot?

  • I like her better when she was chubby.

  • You're assuming people are in a totally different mindset then you are, by assuming they couldn't possibly understand what you do, that your 162lb body looked fine. Instead, it's impossible not to notice 35lbs missing, and likely they only wanted to compliment you. Yet you read too much into it.. Had they said nothing you may likely have complained that no one noticed how pretty you are. Also "HOW" you lost 35 pounds isn't how you did that for "good". That's how you lost it for age 20.

  • 2) simply because you could do exactly all the same things you did at 40, and you might only lose 15lbs. Even if you stay the same weight until 40, how hungry you feel every day will 99.9% for sure increase. The reason is how "you" process food in your intestines will change. So it's a good thing you realize a certain weight isn't absolutely necessary. You can weigh more and still look great... up to a point, but it's no exact number.

  • 3) there's one exception. There are those that can eat three times what you ate when you were eating unhealthy, and they never gain a pound and stay that way their entire life. They are lucky and less than 1% of all people. My dad can eat like an absolute pig for weeks on end, and will be the same weight regardless of whether he works out or lazes around for weeks. He does work out, but only to avoid looking overly thin and without muscles.

  • I'm 5'9 and 200lbs. can anyone tell me what my ideal weight SHOULD be>

  • @BrainChild42 I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 160 pounds. However, your goal weight depends on other things, such as your gender, overall body shape, and your age. If you do some searching around on the internet I'm sure you'll find something that will help. C:

  • My weight should be 94Kg. Sadly at the moment I weight 178Kg

  • @LLOYD19851012 Eh, you mean 94lbs, right? 94kg is ALOT.

  • @XoON1C0L3OoX 94Kg which is 14 stone.

  • I'm currently 5'6 and I weigh 160 pounds. I remember back in 5th grade when everyone else weighed under 100 pounds and i was verging it. I told myself I would not let myself get over 100. I stopped eating after awhile just because I was so afraid of people judging me and I just wanted to look like what everyone else wanted me to look like. Now, I'm trying to lose weight, but for myself. I'm eating healthier and doing what Laci did. It's not worth trying to please everyone else. This is for me.

  • I did the same thng and now that im in college and have some High School peers who also attend they can't believe how much weight ive lost and sometimes dont even recognize me lol thanks for the vid

  • And yet you still have big boobs. Terrific!

  • @dymchurch1

Ha, her boobs are very small compared to Russian Model "Yulia Nova".(all natural)

  • @Exverlobter I am aware of her work :)

  • @dymchurch1 sexist asshole - you're the kind of guys she's trying to educate idiot

  • @05tjj Let's see who gets more thumbs ups the "sexist asshole" or the one with the stick up their butt.

  • @dymchurch1 Besides, I'm not sexist, I'm drooling, there's a big difference.

  • Congrats!

  • you're sexy no matter what your size

  • I don't understand half the crap she says because she tries to sound too educated like almost all atheists do. It really just makes them idiots and a fool. I mean seriously......talk normal!

  • @thewisenashvillestar Im wit youpal. dam stoopid athests. they all thnk there so smartt. ME I dont lissen to any of that crap cos i no god louves me. dont use big woerds u think you r so smart dum chik.

  • you're beautiful,

  • dont be sensitive about being fat fatty mcfatty

  • lookin hot lacii

  • Laci I'm overweight and I am working on going on a diet but I'm allergic to most soy products :/. im drinking my water and i cut down my portions when i eat. is there anything extra I can do to help me lose the weight?

  • @countryqueen32696 Don't drink any pop I dropped about fifteen pounds in two weeks, It gives you a lot of water weight and that was really the only thing I changed in my diet when I decided to get try to drop some weight

  • @countryqueen32696 Look up the 80/10/10 diet by Dr. Douglas Graham. You can find most information about it for free and it's easy to understand. This is about the protein myth surrounding a plant-based diet, michaelbluejay. com/veg/protein.html (take out the space after michaelbluejay.)

  • I started breakdancing (: now I can eat whatever I want. Also calorie counting and eating habits is all that matters for any diet to work.

  • You're so much braver me like 4 years ago i was around 127 pounds also 5'2. I lost around 25 in like 3 months because i binged ate. I didn't do it for health or for myself, but because i was pressured into it by the people around me, when I did lose weight everyone around me kept telling me how much better i looked because i was thinner. Around the same time, my personalty changed a lot too. Although i don't binge eat anymore, i don't think i can ever become the person i use to be.

  • Learn to take a compliment?

  • nice one laci. you tell em sister. your comments about having to be thin to be approved of really hit home to me. thanks for the video

  • Fat is an emotional hangup for this chick :)

  • I love you. You are beautiful no matter what size you are. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and your beautiful to me! :)

  • @MattTheFlyDude It's harder to be beautiful when you have blood pressure up to 160/100 and a diabetes on your track.

  • That's why ur tits are so big

  • Came from here after your porn video. Made me think of another reason why "real" amateur porn is so much better...it has REAL women in it! Ones who can't use their chest as floatation devices for an entire plane, ones who can't use their ribs as a xylephone. You know, it has women who actually look good and healthy.

  • i really wish that you were my best friend, you are literally amazing.

  • You're right that no one should be made to feel bad simply because he's overweight. People should still be motivated to get healthier, though, in order to avoid heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke and a host of other health issues that can stem from being overweight.

  • the setting shes in looks like were a murdere serial killer would be creepin

  • Thankyou thankyou thankyou! the things you say in this video are things ive been telling my self conscious friends for years. And its almost a bad thing for women to be confident about their bodies. getting called conceited or cocky just because you reeally dont care that much about weight or how skinny you look. I work out three times a week and eat as healthy as i can but honestly dont even know how much i weigh and i really dont even care.

  • Your too inspiring. I strive for healthiness, not skinniness.

  • @TheZena56 you can be skinny and healthy.

  • I'm glad that you feel much healthier

  • You are so fucking hot oh my god

  • Great video! Inspiring.

  • So she weighs about 130 now?

  • good for you!! i used to be classified as overweight and lost 40-50 lbs...and wow i can also relate to peoples attitudes toward my losing weight too...good video! you're awesome!!

  • Thank you for this..i couldn't have said it better.

  • You still looked very attractive when you weighed more. In fact, it's not very common for me to find a girl as attractive as you (to me ;)

  • I love you :3

  • Now i know the reason of why u are so interesting.

    Just disappointed.

  • Congrats on being healthy. (:

  • This is an extremely good video, just by audio content alone. You can hear the conviction. Bravo.

  • I lost about 5 pounds when I took a shit.

  • I would LOVE to loose weight, i'm 5'5 and 145. i HATE myself, the way i look, everything about me. I wish i could have a mindset more like yours, i dont care about my health, i just want to be pretty.

(ok, that sounded SO much more pathetic than i had thought it would...)

  • @whalelover1231 Well hey dont murder yourself about you looks and weight.. Everyone is beautiful in there own way. And Like I'm 90lbs. I wannah be fatter, And I wannah be thick. But i'm not gonnah beat myself over that. Just be yourself, take care of yourself, respect others, smile, and be proud of what you have. And flip all that media shizz. We dont need to be skinny to be pretty. Healthy yes, but not a skin and bones. One Love. :p

  • @whalelover1231 watch the video again, sweetie! being skinny doesn't mean you'll be happier with yourself or happy at all! 145 pounds is healthy! LOVE YOURSELF! really, no one else matter, juat love yourself! and btw: i doubt that losing weight would even make you feel pretty if your self esteem is low. you implied that your not pretty, but how do you define beauty? those skinny blonds with a duckface? :P

  • I HATE those comments, 'Did you lose weight? You look so pretty!' or 'Wow! You look so good now!' People should just keep those to themselves. If you want to say, 'Nice outfit,' or 'I really like how that fits you,' then fine, but direct comments on how skinny (even unhealthy) is pretty is plain annoying. And I think women focus on that far more than men do. Guys never say anything like that, it's always the women paying attention to the media.

  • im 120 pounds and im 5 foot 5 inches im trying to loose even though people say im "to skinny"

  • its about your bone size and density, metabolism and inherent muscle mass, what your genetics can hold. just eat what you need, nothing more, nothing less.learn how to listen to what you need. and get out in nature and extend yourself physically just enough.dont rely on others thumbs up or down.yeah it might feel good to get ups but when you accept that you invite when the downs come.eat less food from boxes, unless its frozen brussel sprouts,,good for the biceps:)

  • I'm 163 at 5'9" I really wanna lose weight lol. I always thought you looked fine. I've lost 3 pounds in 4 months and I'm still losing. just watch what you eat (I walk everywhere since I can't drive [legally])

  • why is this turning me on so much?

  • I like chubby chicks :) gain it back woop!

  • You just summarized everything that I felt. Why Is weight such a big deal?

  • you are so smart.

  • Hey Laci, has it occurred to you that maybe you are still allowing your weight and poor body image to control you, as now, even though you have an awesome body by any measure (I always thought you did, incidentally), it seems like you have become extremely oversensitive to genuine compliments on your appearance... taking them instead as insults or commentary on how you looked in the past?

You've always been beautiful. Don't get mad when someone notices. That's dumber than invisible sky men.

  • very well spoken

  • your insight is the stuff of best sellers. you've always been beautiful in presence and body. love you and what you represent. peace

  • Good lord, you're brilliant. The way you framed those shots...

  • how could someone with your personality be labled ugly??

  • Like if you want to lose 30 pounds!

  • I'm 5'2 and lost 35 pounds as well about 3 years ago, I noticed after I lost the weight everyone wanted to be my friend..

  • how i stayed skinny was by being too lazy to get myself food... and playing more video games to keep my mind off the hunger... lol

but gratz on a healthier diet :)

  • Can someone explain to me how all her sex videos have magically manifested themselves in a playlist that has taken over my channel because I cannot figure out how to delete them.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri And why my comments now have a"sex+body image" tag attached to my posts? This shit just appeared a couple minutes ago.

  • You have always been beautiful, and you look really good now too.

  • Hey Laci, First off, congrats on losing all that weight. I totally agree with you that you do not need acceptances from anybody when it deals with your weight. Weight does not make a person beautiful or not, it is there personality. I wish nothing but the best in life. Still healthy Laci.

  • i need to lost 30 to join the army

  • totally right, thumbs up for that

  • weight or not u still look good

  • lol. compliments irritate her?

  • lol. compliments irritate her?

  • i wasnt going to watch this video but im glad i did it made me feel a lot better about my own weight situation currently and that its not going to be as difficult as people made it put to be to get healthy again

  • Wohh now i'll probably be daydreaming a lot during my lectures. XD

  • I personally think you been sent by God to send a message to this fuck top word

  • you're sexier than ever, but you always were, even at your peak weight.

  • I feel the same way you do! In the last two years I've cut out soda, chips, and fast food. I feel amazing without all that junk. I haven't started started exercising regularly yet. I'm sure that when I do, I'll drop pounds left and right. But, honestly I don't feel that being thin will make me more attractive. It's about being healthy and taking care of your body.

  • Your beauty is your intelligence ^.^

  • @WJNEWTON1 Naw, her beauty is her intellect AND her physical allure! I think that would mean she's double beautiful... But somehow she's more than the sum of her individual aspects and ends up being more like duodectuple beatuiful ;P She defies the axioms of math.

  • your beautiful and I'm probably commenting alot on your vids now. LOL but I'm just a fan of your mind set and how well you state your well researched opinions. :D

  • I love your channels. I left Christianity January this year and now I'm an agnostic-atheist. I lost 15 lbs this summer, but sadly I gained 10 lbs back due to being a college Freshman lol, but during break I'm gonna work on losing the weight again, I liked working out and felt so great when I was healthy! I'm jealous how you still have big tits and are skinny, I was a C, now I'm a B :(. Lol but anyway congrats on losing the weight! You're awesome!

  • "...Didn't drink enough water!" *looking at second cup of coffee*....e.e ... *dumps coffee*

  • If you're trying to say that weight doesn't matter, then why did you lose 35 pounds? :/

  • @palewhiteribbon she.... said she did it for her health..? watch the video

  • @MMhunterMM Ha, yeah okay.

  • @MMhunterMM @MMhunterMM You know, I'm sick of people who had no health issues, saying that they lost weight "to be healthy." Laci has this "be who you want to be" image to hold up, so of course she isn't going to come out and say that she lost weight to be more physically attractive. But I am sure that it played a role in her wanting to lose weight. And 35lbs is a lot! Its not like she lost 10lbs... And I did watch the video, so before you condescend me, why don't you actually do some thinking?

  • BMI is not reliable at all.

  • Dang, Laci. you are freakin' amazing. <3

  • Oh and great video Laci :D I love the way your personality and thoughts are not altered by the media and the society around you- it is a mark of a very strong person- keep up the great work :D
