I just used windows movie maker on Windows Vista its pretty simple to use, just tricky with the timing. But if you want a more advanced program I heard Sony Vegas was pretty good.

Awesome video. The timing was great, especially during the part where he's beating his way through the sand shield. (1:30-1:55) The only problem I had with the video was the changing colors. I thought it could have done without that. (Or at least done it only once in the video.)
