Song title is "Chillang Xorizim" (or "Qillang Horizim"), "چىللاڭ خورىزىم" in Uyghur script.

That poem is written by famous Uyghur author Abdurehim Otkur.

Although I can not understand Uyghur language, I like this song very much, too!
