If you were to be involved in a collision so severe that your head hit the screen in front whilst wearing a seatbelt then I think your days would be numbered anyway. Your internal organs will simply be mashed up by the action of wearing a seatbelt. I refer you to the famous car crash inolving Princess Diana. The only person to survive the crash was her bodyguard who was also the only one wearing a seatbelt.

@ballhawk210 The 760Li has more horsepower (and torque) than the 750Li (535hp vs 400hp). However the 760Li doesn't have xDrive (BMW's all wheel drive) like the 750Li and 750i. In my opinion the 750Li with xDrive is the better bang per buck than 760Li.

Give it 5 years when everything starts breaking. We had a 7 series and it was the biggest POS every! Yea looks great now just wait until its out of warranty thats when the true pleasure starts lol. That car will be at the dealer more than your own garage.
