  • I would suggest that you ride an indoor exercise bike for 20 minutes a day

and try and get on Klonopin. You need to burn off that excess adrenaline.

This gets better as you get older...trust me. Take up the guitar and other

instruments as I did. It's how I spent my younger days...in a basement.

Pretty easy to learn instruments on youtube. Remember, you're not having

a heart attack and watch your breathing. You'll be okay.

  • i know how you feel, i have 2 kids so i have to get out my husband gets mad because i cant go everywhere, i have the heart attack paranoia too. you seem so nice hope you have a great thanksgiving

  • woah you look and sound just like that actor O.O anyways yeah..go into the silence inside yourself . stop looking outside. once you find that peace. you wont be bothered anymore/as intensely by outside things.

  • I didnt leave my house at all in a year, i was terrified of even thinking about going out side!! <3 my heart goes out to you, i still suffer terribly with it, my big one is i think i am going to pass out or have a heart attack. If u ever want to chat message me and ill give you my email!!

  • Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......

    You will be fine now.

  • Just wondered how you're doing now?

    x

  • Whoa. I feel like I was listening to myself for a moment.......You're not alone.

  • you dont need pills, or therapy!!! Pay attention to all sensations, WATCH THEM, racing thoughts, headaches, sweaty palms, stomach hurting etc.....being very very very very calm, And I can promise you they will start to disappear the more you WATCH THEM!!!! REMEMBER THIS OK.......DON'T FIGHT YOUR THOUGHTS, YOU WILL SURELY LOSE THE BATTLE. JUST LET THEM BE THERE, WATCH THEM!!! CLOSELY CALMLY......THEY WILL START TO DISAPPEAR OVER TIME!!!!

  • by the way i suggest you all look into cognitive behaviour therapy. ask your doctor about it. it wont get rid of anxiety but it will help you cope much better.

  • do any of you know why you have anxiety? most anxiety is brought on by traumatic event or thoughts of impending doom. however usually there is a very good reason behind why our brain tries to protect us in this very strange way. let us know.

  • well for me, well my psychologist told me it was due to the car accidents i'v been in and my dad dying he died the same day i got into my 4th car accident and life for me just seem to have gone straight down, and later that night I was woken up by an ugly dream and the next day I had an anxiety attack when i got in the car with my mom, and it has only gotten worst, now i dont even get into a car (I walk) but I am also scared that someone is going to shot me while im walking and well i dono.

  • If you have Depression-Anxiety or Panic attacks-Watch my video

  • I thought I had cancer when I was in second grade. I lived my life thinking I would die soon, sometime upon high school graduation. I never made any life plans or dreamt of the future or what I wanted to do with my life or a career or schooling. I never thought about moving out of my parent's home, or anything, because I thought I would die before that time. When I was 20 I found out I didn't have cancer and I wasn't going to die. Now 32 and live with my parents bc it is scary to 'leave home'.

  • im happy to find out that guys suffer too so far i have only seen women good to know there are guys out there that understand

  • This is what you need to do. Pay attention to what is happening to you. All the pains aches and everything. What's happening is fear of fear. Which is causing the aniexty,

noticing whats going on you can lessen the symptoms you are having and control them. It's like this, your fueling the symptoms by fear. Don't fear them, and I can promise you they will calm down and vanish!!! GOD BLESS

  • I totally understand where you are coming from. I to suffer from GAD, DP, Argophobia, it's very hard to leave the house. Can't sleep right and whatnot. It's a terrible feeling. Don't forget you aren't alone.

  • wow... This Video reminds me of .. me :(

B strong.. have faith.. and GOD bless...

It's hard, I've had anxiety/panic attacks for over 7 yrs now.. I try my best to control them but its extremely hard when no one around you understands :(

  • hello, I've suffered panic attacks in my case caused by 20 years of cannabis smoking which probably magnified a lot of issues in my head. I wrote a song about it perhaps you would like to hear it. You come across as a nice guy and I hope things get better for you.

  • Panic attacks comepletely take over your life.. :[ i've had them for five years now at one time i couldn't go out of the house, and no one understands in my family, well my mom does because she has seen me have serious ones, where i can't stand up... But i've found it does help to run your wrists under FREEZIN' cold water, :/... it helps me alittle, so maybe it'll work for you.. there aweful and it makes me feel better im not the only one <333 take care everyone.

  • its amazing to know other people feel like i do. thanks for your video! i appreciate hearing from others

  • Hey, how are you coping? Please let me know! I have anxiety attacks and fear of getting heart attacks :(

  • this is a very sincere video lol

  • I'm a panic sufferer, and I have also been through medications as well as therapy. The meds are poison and can be extremely life-threatening. Although meds help some during usage, even after slowly tapering off of them, it becomes much harder to deal with the issues after stopping. The drugs alter brain chemistry and make you dependent on them. Withdrawal is a huge problem. Afterwards, the suffering is insurmountable. The drugs are chemicals anyway, no wonder why they are so dangerous.

  • Hey bro, you gotta be strong, Im fighting off these attacks all the time and I promise you they cant hurt you! At one point i had to say to myself, if i die, i die.....I didnt and i still have these attacks but we need to be strong and face this problem. We are all in control of ourself!

  • its funny now that i manage my stress but my friend and i used to joke how we would have to "come to terms with dying" just to go to sleep. all we have to fear is fear itself. you're gonna die either way. might as well be brave and laugh love and live in the meantime.

  • When you cant run anymore, turn around and FIGHT!

  • I commend you on your bravery for this post. Like you I have experienced the life altering pain of panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Recently I compiled the best information I could find on this condition resulting in a system that has brought amazing relief and restored my freedom and excitement for life. I would like to GIVE you a copy of the eBook I have written (Ease Out of Fear) If interested go to the contact page on easeoutoffear dot com and send me an email. Regards, Mark Pasay

  • I have aches and pains alot and when i reallyu start to get paranoid ill get breathlessness to were it feels i cant get enough oxygen, im a smoke rand ontop of that i live with alot of other smokers, and im all the time paranoid im gonna get lung cancer.

  • thanks for sharing that with us. I've been through all those symptoms through my life. They got really strong at a point of my life. Then, being 24/25 disappeared partially during some time. Now i am nearly 32 and what i try to do is to control my stress level, which seems to wake up those symptoms. My advice is that don't hide your feelings and try not to get away from your own fears. Try to understand them. Good luck.

  • Hope you test your thyroid function.

Not only tsh, but also ft4 and ft3.

It would explain most of your symptoms.

    Good luck.

  • . I know it won't aleviate it all atleast it hasn't in me but maybe it can help you with the beginning to the end of this non-discriminating mentally and physically draining disease. Hope this message finds you well, and i hope to hear back from you soon! Happy New Years

  • I would be more than happy to email you the info i receive from my Cognitive therapy (found this stuff to be moderately helpful and i think with more sessions to be really helpful) and also wanted to key you in on checking out costochondritis. This is something that i am currently looking into because i also experience chest pain that radiates through my arms all the time. I think this could atleast help explain some of your discomfort which in turn could alleviate some of your anxiety.

  • Hey Bro- I don't know what your name is an i don't know you, but i definitely know how you feel. I have been going through an almost identical situation. I have had EKG's, Blood work, Stress Echocardiograms, as well as adrenaline level tests, chest x-rays, cat scans, etc.... I am currently spending $700 a month for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as spending money for chiropractic visits.

  • actually, you are very good at these videos things, you're awfully cute, and I hate knowing that you can't leave your house and go have a great life, so what is it exactly that prevents you from leaving the house, I know its fear, but what exactly do you think and feel that makes you stay in for eigth months! thats a long time! just trying to understand..

  • Hey, good video. I liked it. I can relate to some of the stuff you mentioned.

  • thanks for the post,I was housebound for 6 months, depressing.I just started doing a little this month after slowly practicing going into my yard, and well you know "exposure therapy".I cant afford a psychiatrist so I have gotten really bad and can't go into any stores and can only talk to 2 people face to face.I,m a weirdo=)

  • You are actually pretty good at this video thing. :) Thanks for talking about it! It really means a lot, to me at least, to know that othere people have SAD and GAD and other disorders, and actually have real live proof of it...When I found out about SAD, and then saw a video about it I sort of freaked out...am still freaked out. Heehee, insanity is closing in!!!!! [/end weirdness] Okay..................(now I feel anxious lol) (and it's getting worse so I'll just hit 'post')

  • hey man me too, same symptoms in fact you actually look akin
