Not a lot of people know this, but when Penner was playing hockey in the NCAA, he was majoring in journalism, so he usually has some fun with whoever interviews him since he knows the tricks of the trade.

Actually Scott just asked Penner about this again, and they both had a laugh about it. Scott wasn't pissed or miffed, he truly thought Penner's comments were funny.

However, Scott was just doing his job, it speaks more about the fact that Penner can be a prick like that on live TV than about Scott Oake asking the question.

It's entertaining either way.
