ive just played the demo. its still kinda fun without the gore (The demo hasn't got gore) but it looks much more fun and realistic with the gore.

maybe the rating was to do with gameplay, a bit simplistic opposed to other more tactical ones, the enemies seem right plebs.. maybe in part due to maps as well? never played it, making guesses here.
