It appears you're having some issues with balance (your arms flail a little when kicking), so I recommend practicing your kicks a little lower.

Your power is nascent - don't force it. Good expression of kiai, but it sounds like it's coming from the throat and not the diaphragm.

Pointers - For now, keep your fists closed at all times.  Remember that a good block comes from the ground-up and down. The hips are the key here: Continue your training I see good potential
