@mop3n15 Not sure if you had found the track, but I have. All you have to do is go to amazon.com search for "home alone 2 score" then you will be able to find it, the cheapest way to do it is to download it from the website its only 9.99 so its not that bad. You can convert it to itunes, its supposed to do it automatically but I had to do mine manually. Good Luck!
Yes, my favorite scene as well. I'm always looking for CDs of orchestral Christmas carols just like this one, but all I get are half-orchestra, half-singing. The closest one is Andrea Bocelli's version, which is beautiful.
I'm just not a fan of the cheesy versions of the carols. Versions like this one are just magnificent!
Possibly more accessible with Eugene Ormandy and the Philadelphia Orchestra in "The Glorious Sound of Christmas" and the Temple University Concert Choir. Well worth the investment at any rate. Download? I dunno.
what version of the song is this? o:

A magnificent and immortal song made by the portuguese king Jonh IV in the XVII century. God save the King!Viva El'Rei!!!

The text is sometimes attributed to John IV, but the music is credited to John Francis Wade.
