Incredibly easy boss, all level 70 knight, ninja, dragoon, and devout all with j level 99 and ultimate weeps except for Ingush who has j level 80's I think. All you need is to train and it easy

@neopabo The original NES version is way more dificult than this. This one barely used Particle Beam while the NES one uses it in like every turn (except it's made of fire and it's called Flarewave)

@P0PTArrtSxD I did. I beat the original NES version years ago and it was very hard (it was a translated rom). Actually if it wasn't because of the save state thingies of the emulator I would have never beat it. Now I'm playing the NDS version and beat Doga and Une so I think the only thing left to do is go and beat the game and so far I've never really had a hard time, yet. So the NES version is much harder.

hi, pretty nice fight though 2 ninjas is kinda weak indeed, you should change one to viking, they rock defence :D, i'm now completing game for third time, this time i'm only going to use melee characters (so not even a healer no) some say its unpossible, i say it is, just need a whooole lot of heal items :D

you can buy both shruiken throughout the last 1/4 of the game & fuma shruiken [50K gil] near the end off to the [camera] left of where you buy lvl 8 summon/ magic.

you buy the shurikens in the same place you get all of the ultimate magics at, when your in the room with the two guys that sell the magic and summons, you take a right and there is an invisible path to a guy who sells shuriken

Yeah Dragoons own!!! I got my thief for a while and got it to level 80 job level to steal Gungnir it off Odin, now my Dragoons hits 9999 every normal attack. :D

@Deaththekid980, only a Summoner (like Arc in this video) can get the third effect for a summon. Any other class will only get Bahamut's Death spell or partywide Reflect.

A dumb question perhaps, but how high a level is required to beat the final boss? I got Warrior, Black Belt, Magus and Sage all job lvl 99 and at lvl 58. Got killed in 2 hits. So do I need lvl 99 on every friggin char to beat the last boss, that is just ridiculous.

Hi man, yeah I did. But the last boss used the particle beam and everyone but 1 died. But I switched jobs on the Magus to a Ninja, leveled them all up to 62 and Ninja level to 40. Boss used the particle beam, but all I needed was 2 rounds of hits and he was down. But that particle beam is sooooo strong!

Same party line up in terms of which jobs you used except the 2nd ninja of yours is a bard in mine! bard is extremely underrated imo.

@BazookaChipmunk reeaaally late reply, but Bard is good because changing the equipped harp changes the effects of sing. One of them does damage similar to how spells like demi/gravity work in later Final Fantasies. Also, the 9999 that appears is just the cap on the digits that can be displayed. More damage can be done, it just doesn't show. And bosses are not immune to sing, so bards do more damage than any other job (unless that character is lvl 99) against Cloud of Darkness.

@shadow1111111 I dunno...I looked into the game mechanics and saw that Geomancers actually had the highest dmg potential with their terrain, If everything works out. The Geomancer can do over 60k in one hit.

@Arcthelad56 ok, at the time I just made the comment about doing the most damage, but I had no grounds. I just knew about the displayed damage cap and how bards do a lot of damage to enemies with a lot of hp at the start, like Cloud of Darkness. Geomancer may have the greatest potential, but the effects are random, so I don't use them, as cool as some of the abilities are. Actually, I don't use any job because I don't play anymore and don't plan on playing again. One play was too much for me.

I had no Ultimate weapons, or Onion Knight or anything of the sort (being I didn't want to go through all the hassle of finding people through mognet and sending them a few hundred messages).

xs0ulreaperx, you get shurikens in Eureka... At the end there's a portal, and you will see two sages. If you run towards the right you will find that there's a hidden passages, and when you go throught you will find another sage, who sells shurikens and crystal armor... And I think those jobs are ok, in my opinion...

If you need to level up go to Bahamuts Lair with the Invincible and run around inside the entrance. The enemies are easy to kill and give about 5000 Exp. each fight.
