  • the music makes it difficult to hear the commentary.

  • Great art work. High quality. It is only sad that the word ART has lost it's true meaning due to high corruption among so called art critics that many do not have a clue about what art is and what isn't. They see art through money only and this money sadly goes to their pockets instead of artist. And if one has rich parents to sponsor him with corruption than his art work may not be worth a cent but he sells for tens of thousands dollars, even if it is a total crap.

I wish you all the best JB

  • AMAZZZZIIINNNGGG!!!!! Great work and great music aswell!!!

  • Wonderful art!,,,but couldn´t hear a thing bcause music is too laud!,,

  • Brilliant work. enjoyed it alot .

What sought of colours do use to do the sky!

  • @jollypoperlops

Mostly we use ultramarine blue, zinc white and some yellow... it all depends on what sort of a sky u want... but those are more or less basic colors for sky.

  • Oh man ,u are amazing , stuning work .

  • AAAAAH !

Fantastis Art Mark. But tell your dimwit brother to stick to his dayjob. Pleeeeee-a-e-a-e-se!..The music made all the dialogue impossible to hear and the footage of the back of your head obscuring the brushwork was nothing less than infuriating!

  • great painting, but really hard to hear his commentary over the loud music.

  • Painting Top Class, if he sells this, will he be able to afford a shirt with Sleeves ??

  • james work is so impressive being relativly new to the marine art world we feel as though hes a genius

  • spirit of sail to be sold at sothebys on the 9th dec

  • Wow, great detail. Fantastic painting!

  • wonderful paintings i knew this man some years ago he had talent all over him , and will do well worldwide.

  • awesome cant believe how low the estimate is. this artist is well under rated.

  • One of the best if not the best artist to bring life into the sea on canvas. Looking at the picture, one would be forgiven in believing, that you will get wet if you touched the sea.

  • Excellent insight into James' work. One of the top living marine artists.

  • Nice insight into the work and thought process that goes into your paintings...love the way you bring life into the sea...great stuff..

  • Spot on Paintings, real work of Art, great techinique and use of clours to off set, the sky, mirror effect of the sea, and to capture - demonstrate the sharp and soft outlines of the 'J' class.

Shame about the window licker in the Video.

  • Great paintings, great production!
