Actually, Scientific analysis of Egyptian mummies crania and limb porportions has established that the Ancient Egyptians did overlap with tropical Africans to the south. Also a test that was conducted concluded that the Ancient Egyptian melanin levels were consistent with Black African populations. In other words, they weren't tan-skinned.

I don't see anything "racist" about that since the ancient Nubians were the closest people ethnically to the ancient Egyptians and both being indiginous North East black Africans. After invasions from the Greeks, the Romans, and more recently the Arabs via the Bedouin Invasion of North Africa around 643 AD, the indigenous ethnicity began to dwindle quite naturally I presume. A perfect example is what occured in North America. Native Americans once roamed that land but when invaders(i.e. Europeans) came the ethnic evidence of Indians dwindled tremendously

Yes indeed you'll get flamed and be called a liar. The vast majority of wall paintings depicts Ancient Egyptians as being dark-skinned Africans. The AE skin color ranged from medium to dark brown pigmentation.

Actually, Scientific analysis of Egyptian mummies crania and limb porportions has established that the Ancient Egyptians did overlap with tropical Africans to the south. Also a test that was conducted concluded that the Ancient Egyptian melanin levels were consistent with Black African populations. In other words, they weren't tan-skinned.

I'd like to point out, "black people" in Africa are often less related to each other than they are to other races. (i.e. Sudanese and Ethiopians people are more related to white Berbers than they are to Nigerians while people from Ghana show a genetic linkage to people from Northern Europe!)

The temple walls are adorne with dark skin egyptian with afros and broad facial features. The facial structure of Tut's burial mask (thick lips, eyes, jaw structure etc) looks more Afrocoid than west Asian.

In Egyptian art, all foreigners are depicted with highly exaggerated "foreign" features, the Egyptians were quite racist in that regard. The Nubians are depicted as being pitch black, with huge lips, tall foreheads and short pug noses, basically racist caricatures. The Egyptians did this with all of their neighbors, but especially if they were at war.

I don't see anything "racist" about that since the ancient Nubians were the closest people ethnically to the ancient Egyptians and both being indiginous North East black Africans. As for the broad phenotype (big lips, broad noses etc) it was present among Egyptians too. There is plenty of statuary that confirms this as well as craniometric measurements.

The Egyptian pyramids were colossal, with more gently sloping sides, all entrances were walled up and hidden, and the surface was blank, polished white limestone with no engraving or painting whatsoever.

The style was completely different, more organic, more curvilinear, in strong contrast to the rigid, rectilinear canon of Egyptian art. Nubian society was also markedly different, as the art often shows warrior queens leading armies in battle, in massive hierarchical scale.

Culturally speaking the Ancient Egyptians actually descend from the modern Nubian region. Ta-Seti was a powerful chiefdom in Nubia and is credited by many scholars with establishing the political structure that later lead to Dynastic Egypt.

The Egyptians practiced cradleboarding, a practice where infants have cloth bands tied tightly around their heads while their bones are still soft, so that their skulls grow into the desired shape. Therefore, "craniometrics" is irrelevant, because the shape of the skull was the result of cradleboarding, not genetics.

The Arabs conquered Egypt in 642 A.D. The Great Pryamid was built around 2560 BC... And like I said before, the fact is that NOTHING resembles Egypt on non-African soil completely annihilates your claim. The Egyptians were an insular people, they hated foreigners, their religion, culture and government were all based on the geography of the Nile delta. While some Nubian constructions borrow some elements from Egyptian constructions, they are distinctly different. Nubian pyramids, for instance are much, much smaller than their Egyptian counterparts, with steeper sides, accessible doors, and exterior carvings.

@VendPrekmurec Right, because when the evidence doesn't correspond with your dogma, it doesn't mean that the dogma was wrong, but that there was a vast conspiracy. Let me tell you something about conspiracies: they're messy, problematic affairs, fraught with human error. They basically never go off without a hitch, the concept of the massive, air-tight conspiracy is a fantasy popularized by movies. Humans have a tendency to fuck up, and the more of us that are involved, the bigger the fuck up.

@yerk3 Manetho, Berosus Egyptian historians KNEW about it... 1. dynasty of Egypt started with Ptah (symbol was phoenix, bird). Ptah still means "bird" still today in some of languages ...

@krimoz911 And that's perfectly plausible, but it's not enough for the Afrocentrists, for whom the pharohs and gods all looked exactly like modern black people, and anyone who says otherwise must believe that they all looked Swedish or something. The most plausible scenario is that at least the Egyptian Pharonic caste were dark tan Semitic people. That is how they are depicted, and what the forensic reconstructions indicate: neither black, nor European, but Semitic.

Semitic is an language not a people. Your plausible scenario has been debunked on many different grounds concerning the biological origins of the Ancient Egyptians. Ancient Egyptians were biologically and culturally African not West Asian. Forensic reconstructions have never concluded they were Semitic but scientific evidence HAVE concluded they were dark skin native Africans.

@mikedavO9 No it hasn't. Your "many different grounds" consist of African-Americans trying to re-envision history so that they can believe in an ancient civilization that looked exactly like them. In reality, the only Americans the Egyptians would have resembled are Arab Americans. While some people in ancient Egypt may have been black, this did not extend to the Pharonic caste, who did not intermarry with the common people, to the point of rampant inbreeding.

@mikedavO9 Forensic reconstructions of members of the Pharonic caste clearly show features which are more Mediterranean/Arab than black, plus some features which may have come about as a result of inbreeding, as well as unnaturally elongated skulls due to head-binding during infancy. Which "scientific evidence" are you citing, by the way? Forensics is a science, believing in something because it makes you feel good isn't.

The ancient Egyptians were not Arabs (west Asians). They were dark-skinned indigenous Africans.

@mikedavO9 Well its debated even today, but i believe the arab theory because of simple logical facts. No civilization , race, etc thats capable of building pyramids dumbs down to caveman, chasing animals and living tribal like nubians did when we white ppl found them. It seems mentally impossible to dumb down from bulding pryramids to a caveman. Evolution has so far only go forward and it makes sense. You wanna say Nubian evolution took a few steps back?

So you believe that Arabs(west Asians) were responsible for the Nile Valley Civilization because certain Africans were living a tribal life style? Let me ask you. Why didn't these "Arabs" build pryamids in Asia? The fact that ancient Egyptian culture was heavily African and absolutely nothing resembles Egypt on non-African soil completely destroys that theory.
Where is the archeological, linguistic, cultural and anthropological evidence for Ancient Egyptians being ancestral to Asia?
