Yay i think the ulra hd is awesome because it has awesome video quality for only $200 it just is a great camera espicially the image stablezation and its just great also it fits perfectly in your hand and unlike the slidehd you can hold any way without the slid well sliding and you can just put 2double a batterys or 3 aaa batterys and not have to charge it

@Dsafarie the flip mino or ultra is deff the best choice for you. the ultra has a battery slot, so if you have AA batteries, you wont have to worry about battery life. id reccomend the flip mino hd (the one he shows in the video) but thats my opinion

i just goy the mino hd today (not premium) its gotta be the most easyest camera to use, and u only payed £93.84 for it. i reccomend it. i also got the gorrillapod for £23 its amazing, i bought them both from -- coscto reading, london.

When you plug in your flip, it automatically has FlipShare on it. You can use that for editing videos. If you still want to use WMM instead, you can save your videos using flipshare and open them in WMM. Or, to be faster, you can just open the folder the flip is in and directly take out the videos.

HI Don,

I've actually heard from people commenting on another thread that the Flip Mino HD premium doesn't properly plug into some Macs. I think the quality of the image is good for the MinoHD premium and Ultra HD. They're both 720p. The only thing is that there's no image stabilization. So you have to be careful when you are holding the camera so the image isn't shaky.

Thank you, yeah like I said I heard a lot of good things about the MinoHD Premium, so I was ready to get one, but when I got to Best Buy and asked there opinion they told me that the quality is crap and if I want to record with a camcorder then I should go with one of the bigger ones which I didn't like to have, cuz I like to have something small to record with and make youtube vids and what not

If you're honestly looking to just make YouTube videos, the Flip cameras are the way to go. They're very easy to use and they get the job done perfectly. Many of my recent videos are shot on the Ultra HD. I like the Ultra HD more so than the Mino HD premium.

1080p is better than i. It has more lines. All Flips thus far are 720p. YouTube just allowed for 1080p videos. I'd imagine that the next Flip will contain 1080p. Kodak Zi series does include 1080p.

what do you use to put it on youtube? i got one for Christmas, and when it uploads to the flip software, it looks normal, and when i save the video to my computer the video is fine. but when i put it into imovie or upload it directly to youtube from the flip software, the very vibrant colors are dulled. do you have a clue why?

Thanks for your honesty, dude! I LOVE my Flip Video Ultra HD because of the AA battery option and the fact that the buttons are REAL like NO JIVEplay on the left trashcan on the right, 4 way navi-rocker encasing the coveted RECORD button in the middle. STEREO mics; I didn't hear about wheter or no the Mino gang dropped an extra mic into the Mino HD Premium yet. If not, there's a definite deal-breaker!
