  • tho so terrible to watch it helped me to know for sure my dog suffered a seizure. i hope your baby is ok.

  • uggghhhhh my doggie has them, she use 2 get them about once a year, now they come just about every week...time 2go C tha doctor!!

  • Feel bad for the doggy! :(

  • Question : is the dogs heart beating tremendously , clinching his mouth shut tight, and all muscles locked up, and shaking ? my beagle has these issues the last one was from retaliation of my doberman , before that was from him chasing a cat outside, and before that was something he saw , I'm trying to figure out what to call what my dog has, thanks

  • How is your dog these days?

  • @stevenscottoddballz She's good. She has seizures a couple times a year, but other than that, she's completely fine. Just starting to slow down cause of her age. :(

  • Comment removed

  • @prmgirl93 I'm glad she's good. I've been praying for the two of you. When she does pass away, I'd like to invite you to a "Pet Loss Chat Room".

  • Oh, I'm gonna cry...!

  • My dog does the same thing a couple times a year and our vet said there's not much we can do but hes been having them more and more often lately:(

  • I almost cried when you said 'its okay' this is really sad...

  • @Tremization I was taking the video at my Vets request. There isn't much I could do for her anyways, and I was helping comfort her even though I was taking a video. I was massaging her legs and talking to her to try and get her to relax. It's not like me putting down the camera would make the seizure stop. Also, it would be nice if you didn't use that kind of language on my video. Kay, thanks.

  • @prmgirl93 Thanks for uploading. Was looking to compare with my dog to diagnose. thanks

  • @Tremization You're an idiot!! There is not much she can do, but this comforts and educates other owners going through the same thing.

  • @Tremization There's nothing you can do and it goes away after a few minutes and they're back to normal. My dog has the same thing. Freaking out doesn't help and just makes it worse.

  • My german shepherd puppy had to be put down January 6th due to epilectic seizures :'( His name was Crosby and he was only 4 months old

    R.I.P Crosby <3

  • My rat terrier had one today :( it was really sad. I think she's doing better now she gaining more strength in her body.

  • Was the blood on the floor @ 0:45 :(

  • My lil dog just had a nasty case of cluster sezures over the weekend . I have no money for blood work and she shakes every lil while

And stubbles from time too time do u think this will pass...thanks.

  • My dog just started having fits, it seems as a result of a brain tumor or growth. From everything the vets have told me and I have read about this, talking to them is a total waste of time. Trying to stop the muscles spasming can hurt them, just let them be. For all intents and purposes the dog is not there, it is unconscious when this happens, and is not "your" dog for a while afterwards, as the brain is scrambled.

I did come here to ask how long it takes your dog to become 100% again after?

  • @w0bbl3r

Sorry to hear about your dog. Hope it get's better and you're able to get it all under control.

She recovers very quickly. Once the seizure is completely over, usually after 2 or 3 minutes, she is completely back to normal within a minute. I think I'm very lucky because her seizures are seemingly not too bad..at least not compared to some of the seizures other people's dogs have had.

  • @prmgirl93 Mine is almost 48 hours past her last seizure now and still can barely stand, and only walks with me holding her back-end up, or it sways and she tips over. She is still not herself, is mostly deaf, and barely responds to any commands I give. It's like it's a different dog here, not the dog I have lived with for the last 12 years.

  • @w0bbl3r Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! I can't imagine how that must be like for you. Has the vet said if there's anything they can do for her?

  • @prmgirl93 I took her about an hour and a half ago, she is gone now. It was the right time. She was almost 13 years old, had worsening arthritis in her hips due to hip displacia, and she just lost all coordination after that last fit. She could hardly hear and loud noises really startled her.

This sounds really melodramatic but as she fell asleep she turned to look me in the eyes, and I know she was ready. Doesn't stop it hurting, but it takes away my doubts.

R.I.P Tyla, you will be missed.

  • Respond to this video... P.S., the hearing was also a result of the fits, she could hear very well before the first fit on saturday.

  • @prmgirl93 Thank you.

I'm the only one up and my peke just had--what I beleive to be a seizure. The only exception, was that he was screaming. I needed to see what a seizure, in dogs, looks like, so I could confirm it. And I think he indeed was having seizure.

I'm sorry for your dog. She is very adorable--what kind of dog is she?

  • @Eliannacardwell Hope you dog is doing better. My dog is in otherwise good health. She has a seizure a couple times a year but is healthy besides that. She's almost 12 years old though so she's starting to slow down. And thanks, I think she's pretty darn cute, too ;) She's a Pekinese and Cocker mix according to the shelter I got her from, but I think she's actually a Pekinese and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix.

  • @prmgirl93 So far, Mickie (My Pekingese) is fine, but we're taking him to the vet tomorrow.

I knew your dog was half Peke! She looks like my peke, but bigger--as in--taller. :)

Pekingese are such beautiful dogs. I have two: The other is named Minnie--and she's a miniture peke, but it's ironic that we named her Minnie. X) My channel pic is a pic of the two..

I'm glad your dog is doing okay. I hope mine will be. Thank you again! :)

  • You should be always talking to the dog, do nit stop speaking to it, tell him/her that shes fine and it's gonna be allright, and do not let other dogs next to it when it's having a seizure because the other dogs can panic!

  • I have also noticed that just before my dog has a seizure he may look straight ahead as if searching for something and sniffs the air like somthing is wrong.

  • My dog is a large dog that also has mild seizures a few times a year. He just had one which brought me to this video. I found that since they are not violent attacks that holding his head gently like a hung helps him, he is fully aware of my presence when this happens and it prevents him from moving too much and bumping his head on the floor causing injury. After the seizure he is back to his old self with lots of energy.

  • my dog has these too. its really sad/heartbreaking/scary

  • aaaaaaw this made me cryy :(((((

  • What kind of pup is this? Looks a lot like mine, a Spitz/Pekingese mix...

  • @sduerr549 according to the shelter where I bought her, she's a Pekingese/Cocker Spaniel mix. But I don't know if that's accurate. I'm thinking about getting her DNA tested to find out exactly what she is...Gotta find out how much those things cost though.

  • Aww this is so sad. One time i hadda kitten and i was playing with her and she bit me or scratched me and i threw her offa me... Then she hit her head on the floor and then she started havin a seizure. I was really young so i didnt know what i was doing then. THen i drowned a duck that was an accident too/ I tried to give em a bath and it didnt work too easily...

  • maybe his low blood sugar was low.....put lil bit honey in his water...that might help...but also he can be epileptic....talk to your vet about that.

  • i think the blood at ):44 or whenever it was was because maybe his nose bleed?

  • @PeterParkerisded shut the f up. you know, i think some people are actually really mean but u just crossed the line like a retard. oh and btw i think your dog is probably waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more worse cuz u don't even care, a**hole.

  • This breaks my heart. D":

  • did you not realize there's blood on the floor at 0:42??

  • @H2KILL3 At the time when I took this video I didn't notice it, but now after I've seen the video, I do know.

  • is the person recording a little boy or a teenage gurrl???

  • @whatismyname1253 Considering it's uploaded on my YouTube channel that's called PrmGIRL93, then I'd say teenage girl. Don't know why you felt the need to ask anyway, but whatever.

  • I think you should touch her. By putting your hand on her belly your comfort her. My Shih Tzu named Missie knew I was there by touching her. It did comfort her and it helped bring her back around. I think you are doing this right thing by holding or touching her during her seizure. It lets her know she is still here and gives her something to hold.

  • @PeterParkerisded You are a horrible person for saying that my dog just had a double seizure im worried about losing her and your insulting a dog your are horrible!

  • My 4 year old Golden had a seizure (first) early this morning. I was asleep and woke up to chairs rumbling and him yelping (he must have been convulsing before I got to him). When I got to him he was on his side with his legs outstretched. The vet just wants me to keep an eye on him and bring him in for an appt. next week for lab work (it's Saturday). I had given him different dog food for dinner because I had run out of his other food. Not sure if it was a reaction to the different food?

  • @bethspamperedchef I don't know, maybe it could have been a reaction to the food. Did you find out anything when you took him back to the vet? I hope he's okay, and it wasn't caused by anything serious.

  • @prmgirl93 - the vet thought it could be the food, but wasn't entirely sure. She just suggested we monitor and document any future seizures. He has been fine since he's been back on his other food. Hoping it was a one time event. :)

  • @bethspamperedchef Well just make sure you do keep an eye on him, even if it's been months after the first seizure because my dog didn't have her second seizure until months after the first. But hopefully it was just caused by the dog food and now that he's back on his regular dog food he wont have anymore.

  • @bethspamperedchef i have a golden to. she got epileptic when she was 3. i took her to the vet and they said that it doesnt matter what was worng she was still going to be epileptic. now shes taking pills 2 times a day and is very happy. i havent seen her convusing ever since. i know i never want to see that happenng again.

  • i sort of cried when i saw this

and u were trying to comfort him/her it made me sad

  • I know this is a late response but did you try the towel technique? Apollo (my minpin) likes it. I have noticed if we try to catch Apollo's seizures by giving him his med. it's alongtime before he snaps back from the aura. I really dont like to see hiim seize though. It's so sad our dogs have this condition. Is yours doing any better?

  • @PeterParkerisded Wow, how nice of you to leave such a sweet comment about me dog. Seriously, your life is that horrible that you have to insult A DOG?! I feel bad for you and even more so for your dog because it has to have an owner that cares so little for it. Next time you feel the need to leave such a rude comment for NO REASON, just walk away from your computer and remember that there are people who can be hurt by your comment.

Also, I think my dog is the epitome of cute. Just sayin'.

  • Thanks for sharing. I am trying to figure out what is going on with my dog, and now I know it's definitely not seizures. Hope your pup is well.

  • my dog started to have epileptic seizures at the age of 7. When she has hers, she looked like she was drunk and her eyes would go back in her head. I went to a vet who wanted to make all kind of tests. I moved a month after and she started to have seizures more often so I put my finger in her mouth and realized her jaw was locked and I gently pushed my finger and it helped her relax. I explained to the new vet what I noticed and that is when it told me it was epileptic seizures.

  • @cboncklis He told me the medication (pills) can be hard on their kidney and liver. So I went with the liquid called in French Bromure. Now my dog is 15 years old, she has epilepsy, problem with her tyroid (not sure of spelling), bad arthritis in her back right leg and problems with crystals. I give her the liquid every night and give her baby carrots after she is done. It taste real bad. I will do everything I can to help her. I even bought socks for dogs so she does not slip. I love her

  • @cboncklis when she had the seizures, I took her in my arms and she relaxed faster, and she was crying for me to pick her up. Since I started to gave her the medication, she never had a seizure again..Thank God!! Now she is going deaf, but she is still moving along. She is a tough cookie. I hope your baby will feel better and she is adorable.

  • @cboncklis Hi there, would you mind please advising which medication your dog is on? My dog is about to start meds also and I'm concerned about side effects.

    Thanks

  • @MsSachii I don't know about his dog, but yours will most likely be prescribed Phenobarbitol. I, too, am pretty concerned about the side effects on my dog...since starting it she's gained a good bit of weight, & her thyroid levels are up. Phenobarbitol can be very detrimental to a dog's health, (so i've read) but my best advice is to trust your vet and keep a good eye on your dog. If you notice big changes, the dosage can be changed. :)

  • @cboncklis @cboncklis Hi there, would you mind please advising which medication your dog is on? My dog is about to start meds also and I'm concerned about side effects.

    Thanks

  • My dog is about 6 years old, a female golden she has been having them for a few months but she hasnt had any till today and she had two, hers are a bit diffent, when she has here she is in like a running state and she pees alot, when she is done she stays there for a minuit breathing hard (they last about 5-30 the 30 mins was rare) and after she is done she gets up looks around and then is like in an over hyper state and runs around for a few mins then she gets tierd, please message me for advs

  • @3vilAssassin Sounds like her seizures are worse than my dogs, so you should take your dog to the vet to make sure it's nothing serious. Better safe than sorry. Hope everything turns out okay.

  • @3vilAssassin They sound very similar to my dog's seizures, which are very violent Grand Mal. We don't know what causes them, not sure if it's epilepsy or something else, but please, please take your dog to the vet. a 30 minute seizure is something to be concerned over. My dog is on phenobarbitol now, and so far it seems to be helping her a lot. Your vet can give you advice & medicine to help her out. :)

  • @3vilAssassin more than 20 minute seizures can leaave brain damage

  • Hello.. I used to have a dalmation.. I put him down due to his seizures.. When he goes into them.. He try's to fight it and he never wins and after he got out of them.. He doesnt remeber nothing and it took him longer for him to get to his old self...I sure hope your dog get well with meds..

  • poor dog :(

  • Omfg, this is so sad :(

  • @Kwanami231 Laughing at a dog having a seizure? Wow, you're real cool. Why even bother commenting?

  • @Kwanami231 you're not suppose to touch them like that, and hold them what are you thinking?

just keep the other dog away and let it run its course.

I'm sorry you have to go through this..

  • @PositiveEFFECTS Well my vet hasn't told me that I can't stop her from flailing around, so unless and until he does, then I'm just going to continue to comfort her in the ways that I have. But she hasn't had a seizure in quite a while so I don't know if or when she's even gonna have another seizure.

  • @prmgirl93 hello...my little boxer had a epilectic seizure, and,I wait from the vet to tell me news ,but I want to ask you something....Will epileptic seizure be in the whole life of my dog?

  • @Lazaros20ify I believe that once they have Epilepsy(but make sure with your vet that it's really an Epileptic seizure and not a seizure caused by something else.), they'll have seizure's for the rest of their life. Don't hold me to that statement though because I'm not 100% sure. But they can give dogs medication to help with the seizures.

  • @Kwanami231 im with you this is the best seizure video ive seen other than some kid at my highschool that had it in class haha wooooooo boats n hoes!

  • @Fett909 lol

  • @Kwanami231 you idiot, grow up...

  • @Kwanami231 Burn in hell.

  • @Kwanami231 HORRIBLE PERSON

  • @Kwanami231 fuck you, i'd liked to laugh at you having a seizure, then watch you die, then i'd like to spit on your grave, and watch as the devil tortures yo, HAHAHHHAHAHAHAHHA, AHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHHA, SCUM

  • @Kwanami231 laugh at that scum

  • @210rebelboy I'd laugh my ass off to see that

  • my dog just had a seizure before i watched this :(

  • my dog literally just had one, thanks for putting this video up, my mum was unable to see my dog's seizure and this really helped x

  • my dog has those seizures, the really bad kind, and we sit around her and call her name. It's very sad.

  • Wow my boxer just started having them this weekend and im tripping out hes an old dude of ten years best damn dog ive ever had hes on the way to the vets tomorrow.

A friend told me to give him a 5mg valium wich i do have.

Anyhow im glad to see someone had put a video out for this alot of useful info.

  • hi im from the philippines and our 15 year old (x 7) mini pin, was always having seizures, whenever he's excited.. what we do is blow air in his nose , but just air not mouth to mouth resuscitation, while blowing air into his nose and massaging the heart in circular motion...

  • people should focus equaly on solving dog seuzures as much as a human seuzure

  • 0:43

Was that blood on the ground?

  • @HIIMDAVID12345555 I'm not sure because I took the video 3 years ago...It could be, but it might also be a stain on the floor, throw up(she has a very sensitive stomach) or maybe just a spill of something...I can't say for sure.

  • @HIIMDAVID12345555 it looks like blood, she could have bitten her lip because sometimes they snap their teeth.

  • FAIL lls

  • Mine dog has the same..after several check ups at vet he recommended B complex vitamins 2x1 per day. Now she is doing much better. No attacks at all.

  • I wanted to say thank you for posting this, my dog has been going through them, and she doesn't have them very often, we have no money so I have been at a loss of what to do, it was helpful to see what they look like so that I know she is having a seizure. So thank you very much for posting this, it's put me to some rest

  • did she died?

  • @plonkies No, she did not die. She's living a perfectly happy life

  • My dog goes through the same thing, and If I'm at home I do comfort her and it seems to make the attack less than a minute. It lets her know your there and I think it eases her pain. After 5 mins shes can walk again. However, the vet has noticed that she is now looking very tired and I can thank god for the almost 15 years she has comforted me.

  • Hey I'm a vet's assistant, and for pets (people too) a seisure is never nice so to let her know you're there comforting her is always good!

  • @onlylara Yeah, that's how I feel. I figure she will at least know I'm there and hopefully her knowing that will comfort her. I don't know if it's true that dogs can become aggressive when they're having a seizure, but I don't care! I'd do anything to make sure my Christy is happy and comfortable!

  • my dog had a seizure it was so scary

  • thank you so much for this! my dog just had one today and i first thought it was a stroke. her seizure looked exactly like this and she threw up afterwards.

  • my dog puggy threw up and had a seizure. lucky it was only for a few seconds

  • Hey, my dog's epileptic too. He has a couple of fits a year. Our vet gave us meds to prevent him having any more than that. Every time a dog has a fit, it does leave a little brain damage. Your vet should have provided you with medication to reduce the risk. I gently suggest you go back and let him/her know you won't be fobbed off.

    Ps: Your dog is beautiful.

  • @courtneyslut Aww, thank you! Yeah, I think she's the sweetest and cutest dog ever, but my opinion might be bias lol

I'll definitely have to go back and ask to see a different vet and have them give her medication. Thank you for the info!

  • @prmgirl93 No probs, hope all's well, let me know how things go. X.

  • om pause at 0:44 there is blood on the floor under his head

  • @fredfanleida1 I think it was a little bit of throw up that was under HER head....she has a sensitive stomach and throws up easily

  • @prmgirl93 The blood is probably from the dog biting its own tongue during the seizure

  • @69120245 Could be. I don't specifically remember if she bled at all during this particular seizure, but I'm not saying that it isn't blood.

  • @fredfanleida1 poor thing!

  • You should wrap her in a small towel or blanket and comfort her...pat her head...speak softly to her then make sure she walks it off in the yard and has a treat with water.

  • @jenng128 By time I would get her wrapped in a blanket her seizure would be over, so there really isn't any point in trying to do that. I(and whoever else may be around at that time) do sit next to her and try to comfort her by talking to her, petting her and lightly massaging her. And almost immediately after she has the seizure she goes to drink water, so she's okay there, too. But thank you for your suggestions...they're probably some of the most sane out of all the comments I get. lol

  • my dog has seizure's too and he just starts pooping or peeing when he's having an episode.

  • i know what it feels like Christy.....-_-

  • poor dog! is he ok?

  • @eevelutionsfan Yes, SHE is fine.

  • Dog needs a rolaid

  • Dog needs a rolaid

  • wtf the dog is having a seizure and ur telling him 2 play?????

  • @qwertyuiop1234567311 To play? I NEVER told her to play...I may have said "STAY", but NOT "play"!

  • @qwertyuiop1234567311 - all I heard her say was "it's OK." Certainly not "play."

  • It's horrible to watch, and must be very horrid for you too. I do hope the puppy has medication now. Why do so many dogs have this condition? I think the commercial petfood industry is killing our animals!

  • I thank you for uploading this.. My Pug has been having seizure-like fits since we bought him. His 3rd and 4th were like this. but the last two he has been screaming.

  • @Wtflolyay Have you taken him to the vet? It might be Epilepsy. I'm not sure if screaming is common in Epileptic seizures, but if you haven't taken him yet I'd highly suggest doing it. For my vet to be able to diagnose my dog it only cost the price of the visit, so it wasn't too expensive at all.

  • @Wtflolyay If you ask the vet about pills for the dog, they actually work. My dog takes pills for his seizure's.

  • @ravensharp2 Nevermind. I put him on a RAW diet and he's fine now.

  • Dont try to hold them down, Dont really even touch them. Let them go through the episode because thats pretty much all you can do until they come to.

  • isn't it bad to hold onto their limbs when they are having a seizure? I know when a human has a seizure just make sure their head is safe ( cushioned so they wont hit it on anything) and DO NOT restrain them. Restraining them during their convulsions could lead to serious injuries.

  • @mamaxmaria She was trying to get up to walk, so I was just trying to get her to stay on the floor to try and prevent her from getting hurt. It may look like I'm holding her tightly, but I promise I wasn't. The other times I was just massaging her legs to try to get the muscles to relax...I don't know if that actually works, but I feel like it relaxes her a little bit.

  • this was really sad my dog had a seizure once, so i got out fluffy cushions and put her on it, she was ok because she never had a seizure again.

  • and make sure that it is confortable. keep everything away from the dog and dont stick your fingers in its mouth, it can bite you without realizing it. your dog is in no pain so no need to put it down.

  • seizures are not painfull, they are often caused by many many reason varying from either a previous head trauma to low blood sugar and heat exaughstion. My dog is 11 years old and has had seizures her whole life since she was 1.when my dog siezes she is completely spastic and all her limbs stick straight out and are stiff and her eyes go wide and her stomach tightens, and she does this for hours then at the very end she throws up and she is fine again. all you have to do is hold your dog and

  • my dog has had a few each time i cry and i pet her

  • my golden retriver has seizers but after it is mostly over we have to leave the room because he becomes very aggresive

  • Poor Dog!

  • chewawa's r the top dogs having seizures ;( "snif"

  • Poor little guy. My pup has seizures too and it's tough.

  • Lock the liquor cabinet and this will not happen. This ugly bastard is simply an alcoholic. Nothing more.

  • @deutschschoen ur an asshole. dnt watch these videos. I hope u have a seizure

  • @123mandee Shut up and keep the mutt off the booze. Ugly little piece of shit(both of you).

  • Sorry to hear about your dog`s seizures. I know first hand because i had a dog who was epileptic and had seizures. One thing i was told by the vet was not to touch him near the mouth or let any kids or other dogs around him because of the fact that a seizure will have the dog totally disoriented and he will not understand what is on the go and possibly bite down on a hand or another dog and lock their jaws. Take him to a vet right away if you have not done that yet. Good luck with everything.

  • my dog has epilepsy too and its very sad!

  • omg im gonna cry. what happend? is he okay?

  • When your dog is having a seizure, put something soft under their head because they can hit their head hard enough to cause brain injury and support them so they don't break bones. You don't hold them down, but you do prevent them from hurting themselves. Also, roll up a washcloth and put between the teeth as they can bite right through the tongue. I also take a cold wash cloth and wipe my dog's eyes and face while I comfort her when she seizes.

  • my dog had one today i was in tears thinking he was going to die because he is such an important part of my life.

is this dangerous and will he be ok?

  • @SHOGUN9900 If the seizure was Epilepsy related then your dog will probably be ok as long as the seizures don't happen very often, but if it isn't Epilepsy related then it could be dangerous because the seizure could have been cause by a myriad of things, so I'd suggest taking your dog to the vet to make sure he's ok. also, please don't take what I say to be an official diagnosis or think that this is what a vet would say, because I am not a vet so this is just my uneducated thought.

  • @prmgirl93 nah im not a dickhead or anything he seems fine now so im taking him to the vet tomorrow to see what the problem was thanks for the advice!

  • aww..poor baby..my dog used to have seizures caused by movies like the noises or flashing lights..

  • also dogs can suffer strokes, i recommend any dogs having their first seizure be taken to a vet hospital without delay as brain damage occurs. Eppilepsy is a different matter though.

  • you may be able to get diazepam rectal tubes on request from your vet, they will bring the dog out of the seizure in about 30 second to 2 minutes. They are well worth it for what they do. Cost about £5 each and last for an hour after being administered.

  • @brom000230 My dogs seizures usually only last a minute or two

  • DO SOMETHING

  • @gothgwenxpunkduncan I was doing something...I was comforting her while she was having the seizure(It may not seem like I am in this video, but that's because I was taking the video per my vets request). She has Epilepsy and my vet says that we can't really do much for her at this point, except to just comfort her.

  • Thank you for posting this... this just happened to my dog and I was not sure it was a seizure until I watched your video now when I take him in I will know what to tell the vet. Thanks! oh yeah good job on keeping calm I totally freaked out it's not a good thing to see. :(

  • It was really had to see your video it brough back some bad memories of another one of my dogs that died in a seizure along time ago.. And now my 12 y old Auzie had one today and its really hard. So I hope everyone who has a dog that does this takes good care of them .

  • my dog got it twice today and im really scared why he get it almost each month now :(

  • my dog just had one so this video helped me explain to the vet what happend thank you

  • i have a chuwhawha and hes had like about 7 already ... the first two times my mom paniced but after a while we got used to it we just watch him and wait till he gets up and stop shaking my uncle said its becuase some dogs have big brains with little skulls or something like that and it cuases them to have seisures

  • I doubt its what your Uncle says it is. Your dog could have Epilepsy like my dog has...You should take him to a vet to make sure its nothing serious.

  • omg my dog JUST had one..we didn' know what was up..so my mom looked up seizures in dogs and everything about nit was happening to my dog..it was horifying..i thought he was dying :(

  • hey thanks for the upload, i have a foxy and i think he has this, but he stands up like trying to ballance and looks like he is really dizzy and he is just stiff as he does this like once a month but it goes on for a couple of mins then he shakes and he is all good.. is that normal?

  • He could be having a seizure, but I don't know because I don't really know how different seizures can be from one dog to the next. You should take him to the vet...It would probably only be the cost of the check up, at least that's what it was for my dog. I hope your dog gets better!

  • @gazzadabomb no, this is not normal and if ur dog has a seizure for more than 5 mins you need to take him to the vet.i say take em to the vet whenever they have seizures.

  • oh that's good, but sad still, and what is Epilipsy?
