rsv2 elite 99 glitch xbox 360

I can only get up to Level 70 for some reason...it won't let me get past level 70...any thoughts as to why...?

i did some research it works by deleting the update that allowed you to have elite levels and returns you to elite if you had the game before the update and you were an elite an you got 70000 XP while you were full that would boost you up to elite 7 when the update comes out. when u clear cache it deletes the update and wen u re download it it boosts u up those 7 lvls thats what i read
