LOL. I wish I was as lucky. Here's one: just bought blinds there. The sign in the department offered three sizes or custom! Lovely, except after actually getting through on the phone after coming home and finding one blind needs to be cut by two inches - they said that sign means you can have them cut custom - BY SOMEONE ELSE because they don't cut anything. WTF? And you know the food there is actually Soylent Green.

We don't have Ikeas where I live-yet. I've had bad experiences with Sears though. Don't buy appliances or electronics from them unless you want the run a round. Customer service is declining everywhere it seems. Walmart may be the worst when it comes to that.
