yay! i'm starting week 5 tomorrow.. kinda skeeered. I haven't run in 4 days. had a busy weekend and didn't make time for running. week 5 tomorrow, plus I'm cutting the carbs/sugars out of the diet so hopefully i can drop more weight. So happy you're keeping it up!!!! i love the way i feel after i run! keep it up!!
