@Luv2Cheer933 Thank you so much :)) My main advice is to just practice the pose itself and do splits. That's about all you can do. I do Have a video on my channel for scorpion stretches and those will help with about everything, too, though :)

Its because your body is still standing straight up, some people lean to balance the weight of lifting up their leg. But if its flexible enough like yours, you can stand straight up and no bending at the knee!
