  • 0:16 got enough games.. damn

  • It's as if you were able to freeze an N64 playing Zelda, take the cart out, put in Mario Kart, unfreeze the N64, and it still works (for the most part; doesn't crash) because the basic things like the game engine is in RAM. However, once it tries to load things from the cart, it gets different, seemingly random (however it's not random) data.

  • You shouldn't have done that...

  • Dude, there is an easier way! Why open a new rom when you could just open a savestate from another game or another version of the game, then reload the savestate!

  • i wonder if you took MM and OOC split them in half and put them half of each on at the same time legend of zelda majoras mask of time

  • @collinbollin No.

  • @sith00 but u must say it would be awesome

  • @collinbollin No.

  • @collinbollin That's....not even possible.

it would suck if it were.

    overlapping music,

    f'ed controlls,

needing to go in two different directions at once,

    so many textures....

  • *Mario Kart 64

  • This is actually really simple, although confusing as to WHY it works... Does anyone know why you would be able to load an Ocarina of Time save state to a Mario Kart 64 rom?

  • @linkvsnaruto i think i kind of know how it works... when you play the game on the correct rom, it can load the correct values and codes. when you tilt the cartridge, it can only load part or none of the code and/or value. in this example, the codes loaded different. say, for an example to make it simpler, you have a guy in a room. normally, when you press up, he moves his feet in a walking motion. if you have codes from a different game instead of the original codes, it may move the guys arm

  • (continuing)

instead of his feet. and other things could also happen, like limbs in the wrong place. i hope this was helpful and easy to understand.

  • @netherworld97 That answered nothing at all, actually. My issue is with the fact that it's loading on a Mario Kart 64 ROM... HOW does the ario Kart 64 ROM have the data to load a Zelda save state?

  • @linkvsnaruto no offense, but you missed an M on Mario Kart 64. but anyways, to answer your question, it saves the data being used on the save state, so that data is loaded. however, when you load it with another ROM, (in this case. Mario Kart 64) the same data is loaded, but then it tries to load more data, it gets different data.

simply put, the Mario kart 64 doesn't have the data, the save state itself has the data.

  • I did this on my N64 and I got past kokiri village and outside with nothing but a normal ocarina, it was awesome.

  • save states lol already did this earlier

  • It's Geddan! Hahaha

  • Not Crooked Cartridge at all, stop.

  • @MrPsyStorm uhh... ok take watch the WHOLE video, find one like this with a REAL N64, and if the resaults are the same, there you go. its not truly cc but there is no CARTRIDGE to TILT. ok?

  • what song is this

  • @SuperGamingFreak Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss

  • LOL, Hyper retard link xD

  • This is awesome, did you find this on your own?

  • No, I read it on some forums.

  • btw, do u know how to change tunic color to black?

  • Only can be done with GameShark Codes, if on Emulator, use the built-in Cheats System. If on N64 Console, use a GameShark Cartridge or Passport Plus III which has Cheats system built-in to the cartridge. If you need sources then you'll find them on Ebay & Google. :)

  • where can i get Ocarina of time? they are all like ESA protected.. do u guys know any good site?

  • emuparadise dot com

  • doperoms

  • not dope roms.

  • Jetlag, that was x-fi6 being a noob and using the ZC youtube account

    -coolcwer

  • What Video??

  • I did this and put a different video on of this I didn't know it had already been done, but then again mine was first so... COPIER... YOU ARE A PLAGURIZER

  • ... he didnt copy u....

  • Plagurism is to copy and paste/load something. If two people played Mario Kart Wii, and they both had recorded Wario's Gold Mine, that woulden't be plagurism, would it?

  • once again he didnt copy you either he copied some forum lawl

  • Woot he has perfect dark! , by the way , not to be noobish , but , (insert Windows File Text extension here)is a crooked cartridge?

  • doesn't matter what game you load the state into, it will have similar effects if not the exact same effect.

  • I did that before, with OOT Debug rom and regular version. BTW, you have lots of roms!

  • Nice.

  • wwwwwwwwwwwwwwooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

    nice find :)

  • Wow, nice find! I tried it, and it worked!
