They are mainly caused by orbital variations that alter our exposure to the sun's radiation. Those influences have been ruled out.

Read about the Carbon Cycle, Ocean Acidification, and for the bigger picture, The Anthropocene Epoch. We are degrading our only habitat. True story, sorry.
