I don't think we SHOULD catagorize ourselves to be just one thing or the other. Surprisingly, I don't listen to too much Christian metal, but I DO listen to the following Christian bands: Vaakevandring Believer Tourniquet Acoustic Torment Shadows of Paragon Deliverance Die Happy Paramecium Vengeance Rising Sacrament You know... not too much. Haha. Well, not in the grand scheme of things. If you knew how many bands I actually listen to, that's just a blip on the radar.

and yeah, people tend to look down on us, when they hear the lyrics or whatever... song titles and shit like that of metal music.. but to be honest, i mainly listen to metal for the music, not the lyrics. most metal is joke or fantasy based lyrics anyway, you know?
