FYI: It's not really a "sack" or "bag" like we have in the US. It's feathers mounted in a short rubber tube with a wide/flat bottom. On the outside of the tube/shaft, are various rings of plastic and aluminum, which give it the "chinging" sound (like shaky a bag of coins) and help weigh down the bottom. The design allows for better control than a US hacky sack IMO.

I take issue with "much easier". Footbag is not easier. It's different. I don't say this to take away *anything* from the wonderful, talented people in this video, but professional freestyle footbaggers do moves that are A LOT more difficult than anything they're doing in this video :-)
