zelithe what is wrong with singing seriously. i love screaming. black sabbath sang metallica, iron maiden. im not comparing them to any of them. but what is wrong with singing. this chorus is gives me chills, and is a great counter act to the verse and leads into a great break down.

that is a fragile subject..because anyone can be fooled by something they choose to believe in, if you feel evil and you choose to believe your evil ..your fooled into becoming evil...therefore your corrupt(?) but if the evil controls you it can make the pure seem like thieves(the actual corruption)

chorus should be taken as seriously as a chorus should be taken. the main part is when the guy sings real metal, not the chorus. demon hutner should have more hardcore songs where the song is basically screamed the whole time, but thats just my two cents

im sorry to say but if you guys think the chorus is the best part then you aren't real metal fans, kinda obvious why (i mean you have to agree with me there). chorus is chorus, its not meant to serve a purpose or display a meaningful meaning (lol). the verses are the shit, screaming and yelling, not some higher pitched repetition of the same words. if you want that, go listen to green day or some poser band like that.

maybe saying a par once or maybe twice should be enough, not constant repetition of the same godam words over and over again. demon hunter should seriously focus on verses more i think, anyone else think that? as for meaning, yeh i guess they do have meaning, but repeating it about 10 times is unnecessary and boring....
