  • I don't care if the roads are junk as you call. Ever since I was small, I dreamed of living somewhere where you can walk everywhere and Quebec City has that. I don't care if I have a car or not.

  • I'm a straight A student. I want to be an aneastiologist and to do my schooling there in McGill. So I would live in Quebec City and I can exuse myself at the same time too! In just a few years...

  • Montreal is nice but Quebec city is full of ignorant pigs, fucking frogs.

  • I love Montreal

  • What a retarded bitch. There is nothing medieval about Quebec.

  • @MajBlood the roads are medieval lol I think Quebec is a dump, all the smart people leave to Ontario or the States.

  • @MrIntangibleasset If they were smart they would stay in Quebec. Who wants to be a generic English Canadian or a fat American? I wish everyday that I had been born in Quebec.

  • @MajBlood Are you kidding me bud? There are no jobs, the economy sucks, mafia and corruption everywhere, the taxes are insane, ugly run down cities, the roads are horrible, I could go on and on and on.....they have freakin language police. At the end of the day, we're all human, Canadian, American who cares? People are people. I would never wan to go live in Quebec. Much rather live in Florida, California or another part of Canada like BC or Toronto.

  • @MrIntangibleasset Every big city has corruption and mafias. Taxes in Quebec are lower than Newfoundlands and language police is a good thing. I can tell you are an unintelligent white man who doesn't think of the world as a whole but rather only himself and how to pay the bills.

  • @MajBlood But it's way worse in Quebec vs other places, much higher corruption levels. Dude, i'm not uneducated, i'm currently doing my Masters.I don't worry about paying bills. Quebec has no future or jobs and it sucks, States and Western Canada is much better. My whole family is highly educated and we all moved to either Western Canada, some went to the States.

  • @MrIntangibleasset why fight over this on the internet? if you dont believe in quebec, dont go on quebec videos, thats it. Usually, lebanese intergrate the most in quebec, i have nothing against them, but if youre not happy, go back to lebanon..

  • @MajBlood @MajBlood We couldn't be happier that we left Quebec, the roads were so bad there it fucks up your car. I've seen better roads in Beruit, and I'm not white I'm Lebanese.

  • @MrIntangibleasset We? As if you could get a wife. And you are Lebanese? So you are a muslim terrorist then?

  • @MajBlood LOL now you just sound ignorant, anyway man have a nice day, its silly to argue online.

  • @MrIntangibleasset Alright. Take care.

  • Did you say Quebec was a Medieval city? It's not. It's old, yes, but not that old... The 17th century was not in the Middle Ages. Plus the vast majority of the building found in the Old part of the city are from the 18 and 19th centuries. But inaccuracies aside, come visit Quebec. It's old, it's pretty, and the people are cool.

  • It's just too bad that Quebec is a little bit isolated from the English-speaking communities in Canada. It'd be lovely to have the Quebecois culture and language taught at a higher degree in the schools. In some provinces french isn't even mandatory.

  • quebec in my opinion anyway, is probably within the top 3 best regions of north america. the geography is beautiful, its big enough that there are several different climates and geographies that you can live in within the province, it has great history and is very well cultured, they speak a language other than boring english, the food is spectacular, they have the greatest sports franchise, best bagels in the world, etc.

  • hey just wanted to know...i am probably gona do my collage next year in canada( I am an asian) i heard tht Quebec is a french city? how the job facility there..i speak fluent english but do i need to know french to come there?

  • @Periwinkleee1019 Put it this way.. I'm Canadian and live in Ontario and I could work in any place in Canada.. except for Quebec.. You would NEED to know french.

  • @Periwinkleee1019 Unfortunately, if you want to settle down there being competent in English only is not going to be much of a help as you will need to master the French language at least to some fair extension.

  • Very good!

  • ..been there in 2008..what a beautiful..and romantic city..an experience ..never to be forgotten!

  • By the way i was there last summer saw most of my friend was awesome...

  • I am from Roberval,QC i live in Calgary,AB since 08 i speak french and english i love Quebec and Canada ! can i?

  • That looks so nice! I will visit someday Canada.

Great country u guys have , be proud!

  • some day i come back to Canada..

  • Le Québec n'est pas dans le Canada! :)

  • In my sense, Quebec City is the most beautiful city in North America. No wonder, it is UNESCO site. This city is the epitome of the American city since it has kept landmarks from all times. It is now over 400 years old and still alive and kicking with not only nice sceneries and old city, but excellent museums and excellent quality of life.

  • the greates quebec i am wondering if they speak only french or they speak english to =) as well

  • @hollywoodboulevard1 it depends stupid people know only french and the smart ones know english too

  • it depends of where you plan to go, anyway you won't have problems with that in montreal but i think that a lot of quebecers know at least some english. I can't speak for everyone but i'm a quebecer and i have an understandable english, tough i'm actually studying to improve it :p

  • is the ability to only speak English create a language barrier when visiting Quebec?

  • @c00lb0y10 not really :)

  • brahim

  • fuck Quebec racists, lived here for 23 years and still considered visible minority and got to file PRIIME program for visible minorities, all professional jobs go to the unqualified French quebecors and we just pay the bills....

  • @OuiPourReferendum how come?

  • @OuiPourReferendum Hello, are really fantastic pictures, really enjoyed, and the sound, I know one day all these places, congratulations. I also did a video, my city Curitiba goes there to check, just put this link in the address bar after youtube /watch?v=3D_rcE1YtWA

  • my family has a plan to visit Quebec this year or next year!

  • @6digit Nice ! Where are you from ?

  • @Simasters

    Philippines, i like beautiful nature!!

  • @6digit Well, you'll like western Canada then :)

  • get out of canada..

  • @MrShawn016 go f*ck yourself

  • @rs210 so your not gonna leave? :(

  • im gonna stick out like a sore thumb up there i can tell

  • Does Quebec realize nobody cares about them? Go Canada, Without em!!!!

  • @sergioz11 stupid comment! why such hate?

  • @sergioz11 You're an idiot. First of all, Quebec's sovereignty movement has died for the most part and many support a united Canada. It's English Canadians like you who hate the fact that there's 2 sides to our country which make me sick. As an English Canadian, I'm proud we have a French side also.

  • @ALBGunner04 I don't want to get in a discussion about Québec's sovereignty, but if an election was held today, the sovereignist party would win the election. So you're wrong.

  • @try0003 Hmm... Explains why the Bloc got destroyed one month ago... Yeah, I like how you can predict an election that would be held today, even though one held last month left the Bloc's official party status taken away.

  • @ALBGunner04 I don't predict anything, I'm refering to a poll made by crop on may 20th, the two "separatist" party get together 46%. About the bloc, some people here voted strategic against the conservative party and others voted for change, thinking that the bloc can't do much about the sovereignist issue in Ottawa anyway.

Result, even if only 17% of the population in Québec voted conservative, we got a conservative government.

  • @try0003 Where are you taking you statistics? 46% sovereignist? It's because the PQ doesn't talk about sovereignty anymore that they are at 33%!! And they just score that when we have the worst government of our time! Voting PQ doesn't mean we are sovereignist!! And when they talk about a fictif party of Francois Legault, PQ fall to 20% and QS to 9%! And that's the real stuff, around 30% of the people are still sovereignist....and it's still falling in number...far from the 49.6% in 1995

  • @flip92 and islamists too?

  • I'm glad I moved there! Awesome place! Screw all that snow though...

  • Beautiful city.....nice video

    Yeault

  • i live in england so i have no need to go to quebec, just go to france instead

  • @joy2559 I live in Canada so I have no need to go to England, just go to the USA instead

  • @daviddizzy you don`t know what your missing, england does not look like america, we have lots of beautiful french gothic architecture here in england like york cathedral, we have norman french castles, southern england looks very much like northern france, america does not have norman and gothic archictecture, quebec looks beautiful, but the flight would cost me too much, so next year i travel to france

  • hurrah im going to quebec city in a few weeks !! ^_^

  • Where does it mention that Quebec is proliferating the west?

  • Quebec is such a beautiful part of our beautiful country. God Bless Canada

    !!!

  • I know Quebec is a French speaking country but I was wondering is it difficult for someone who doesn't know french to get around in either Quebec City or Montreal? I'm planning to go on a trip to Canada with some college friends.

  • @solikejojo116 Well, Quebec isn't a country yet.... Montreal is a bilingual city, 90% of french speaking people also speak english, no problems for you there.

In Quebec city, mostly the tourists spots are bilingual... Maybe you have to remember french key sentences to go around. We quebecers are grateful when tourists try to speak french... It shows you're open to our culture, this is the greatest gift a tourist can do to us....

French is hard to learn, but we won't laugh at you, i promise

  • @solikejojo116 dont worry about that! people know english a French!!

in Montreal most of the people star talking to you in french and but when they see you speak english they continue talking to you in english!! haha

montreal is so great !! the people`s culture !! wow!

  • @solikejojo116 If you have a choice, young people are generally friendlier and will help you more readily if you only speak english. I had a few annoying encounters with people over 40 but the young were wonderful. One girl in Montreal was trying so hard to tell me the amount for a hamburger combo in english (but slaughtering it), it was heartwarming. At least try to say bonjour well.

  • for me quebec is the best of canada

  • It is beautiful.

  • Quebec City is one of the most distinct ,stylish and most fascinating cities in North America.

  • Beau montage!

  • Where do I find the bitches (for sexy time) and a good place to intoxicate myself with beer (It's all I need to know about Quebec xD).

  • =) C'est la ville ou je suis née

  • @jfyvneld

    tres bien

  • I went to the restaurant on the left at 0:20

  • Planning on living in Montreal for 6 months for my job..

I must say I'm excited. Better start learning french.

Oh and she looks like Michelle Rodriguez. Hot.

  • @cellulitelove you will enjoy montreal for sure ! !

  • Hmm like the quebec is not even european it's only the old spot who kinda looks like france.. i mean maybe it's our roots but we're totally not like french from france.. the french canadien like you call us laugh at teh french from france with their freak accent.. anyway quebec is a really nice place ... but if you visit quebec you should come to montreal too :D

  • i wish that canada will stay european as much as it can...cuz europe is becoming crap like u.s thank's for immigrants from arab and africa...

  • Yeah, but Canada isn't even "European".. only Quebec is. Anyways, how does immigrants from Arab and Africa make Canada like the US?

  • it's funny when canadians, australians or White american say that they are not europeans...but they are cuz there relatives come from Europe 100 years ago or 400 years ago.right it's not 100Į like u.s but in the future if canada will not stop letting in arabs or africans it will be thesame like in usa or europe will be not safe anymore they will make new ghettos...look whats going on in europe...

  • Yeah, but in case you haven't noticed, Canada is a multicultural, free country. It welcomes immigrants, and is not gonna stop them from coming. Plus, you cant just assume that all of them are ghettos. Like theres people from all races who are ghetto..

  • @verdefull well from that point of view we can say we are all african, cause at once you all came from a bunch of african man, no?

  • @verdefull totally wrong, my father comes from algeria and belive me there is no differences from the way we live pfffff what a backward mentality full of stereotyp pffff you don't even have a arab friend so how can you write such stupid comment ?

  • @verdefull

Your a dick. Canada is a nation of immigrants, its not the arabs or africians ruining Canada (as you say) if anything is ruinining Canada its racsist scum like you. Get the hell out of Canada if you dont respect multi-culturislm

  • @team1200 Fuck you I am canadian...I will not leave my country... white trash..

  • @verdefull

Im arab you dumbass, and your not Canadian. You dont respect multi-culturalism.

  • @team1200 your multi culturalism sucks... Black should rule usa, canada, europe not white trash like your self : come to south Africa and you will see whos better.. canada or SA.

  • @verdefull

I dont need to go down to figure out which country is better.

According to the United Nations, Canada ranks 4th best country in which to live in, SA doesent even make the Top 100

SA is a shithole (no offence) i like south africa, but its not even close to as good or better then Canada

  • @verdefull

Also im not white trash, im arab

  • @team1200 thesame light skin...

  • @verdefull its an easy answer were full of educated people n your full of child poverty, raped women and abuch of fags that get raped by the white

  • This presentation is too quick. One does not feel the ambience of the city.

  • I agree .

  • it is like visiting Europe without leaving North America. I went on a trip with some friends there, it was just amazing. One of the most beautiful places in the world.

  • @danielle1028 hey am heading to Quebec next month for the first time as a vacation, any advice? :)

Yes, there is the Crashed Ice. There's also the Winter Carnival, the new year's celebration on the Grande Allée, the Ice Hotel and lots more.

  • @Treps

Quebec City, is one of the nicest cities in Canada :)

  • 'quebec city is the location not to be overlooked'

    lol

  • I live in Quebec and can say: visit this beautiful place because its an amazing place to do a lot of things. But , you should not go here during the fucking winter.
