Agreed on the noise, and just to piss us off, they make the sound once in awhile, very random. Like in the first one, the helicopter at the air base makes the noise then I don't recall if it happens again, :O(

your right the robot modes for the characters were only designed to fit inside there vehicle not leave room for an interior, so after they transform they replace the CGI model with the real car.

Most of the tarnsformations in the movie are only made for certain camera angles. otherwise if you locked from other angles it would look weird and you would see parts dissapearing and reforming.
