i live in Germany.. Germans win more because they are more disciplined .. they have a larger country 85 million nearly every football club has floodlights and a training pitch.. and most match picthes are o a very good playing surface which means you can play abetter passing game and become a better player.. england are just as good but they have to invest so we can have some long term success  and balance the books
