Well, you really gotta play to get some thicker skin on the tips of your fingers. Time and practice together solves this problem. :)

I do have a bit actually. Specially while (and because) of speaking English. The "TH" sound kinda got stuck on repeat and makes it's way into a few 'S' if I'm not concentraded. Pretty hard to start speaking another language again after not doing so in months/years.
