Bobby Jones of the 76er's (played during the Erving era). He was a state high jump champ in h/s. Billy Cunningham was known as the "Kangaroo Kid" because of his leaping ability. Another great leaper is the little known Gus Gerard, who played in the ABA/NBA. Going back further, there was a guy named Jim Pollard who played for the Minneapolis Lakers during the Mikan era. Supposedly, he could dunk from the free throw line. Today, it would be David Lee of the Knicks.
Two more : Bobby Sura (who participated in the 1997 NBA slam dunk contest) and Tom Gugliotta. There was also that guy who embarrassed himself a few years ago (2004) in the slam dunk contest, 6'10" Chris Anderson of the Nuggets.
I also remember seeing 6'1" backup guard John Crotty throw down a reverse two-hander when he was with the Jazz. That might be the sickest, most unexpected white guy dunk I ever saw.

Bobby Sura had a nasty dunk on Stacey Augmon.
