IMO, it's not so much that lesbians are more accepted as it is that society feels less threatened by them. They aren't taken as seriously. Lesbians seem to be the ones that get "You haven't met the right man," "You're just trying to get male attention," etc. (i.e., not acknowledged as legitimately existing).

IMO, it's not so much that lesbians are more accepted as it is that society feels less threatened by them. They aren't taken as seriously. Lesbians seem to be the ones that get "You haven't met the right man," "You're just trying to get male attention," etc. (i.e., not acknowledged as legitimately existing).
I do think homosexual men take the brunt of the hate, but I feel it's because they're thought of as representing homosexuality and *are* taken seriously.

I love everybody regardless of what they do,but I don't like people living a lie. I wouldn't even try to be in a person's life,and know the whole time I am not into you.
