At that point in Legace's career in St.Louis he was looking for any reason at all to not play, and little "minor" bump gave him the excuse needed. He used to be my favorite goalie until he started sucking so bad he couldn't stop a beach ball.

LOL i love how the announcer says he "clips the mask" of Manny Legace... its a knee right in the face, thats much more than a clip... Ryan Carter is about as classy as Sean Avery but without any humour. 'nuff said. Yes Manny has crap luck, but hey... he's got to have better luck than Vesa Toskala... i mean... he can at least keep a decent save% and not let in soft weak goals from the other end of the rink...

Carter just happened to be skating towards the net like most players do to try to screen the goalie, y'know to block their vision? and parros just happened to score before it, Carter clearly has no brain and kept skating, creamed Legace in the face with his knee, and there we have it.
