Obama is simply replying to the Demands of the UN. And no it aint giveing in to others. This was suppose to be done on bushes watch but he decided to drag his feet on it. He is even the one that agreed to it with the UN. Also we do have other Military prisons. all because YOU havent heard of them Dosent mean we Dont have them. As for the Detanees, Whatt Fox the most REd Tv station ever didn't say is they will probably Be Moved to other areas or Deported to foreign Jails of their origanl Country.

I don't like Fox News, but, they raise the logical question; What's to keep the detainees from trying to convert our prisoners to Islam. The prisons are a ripe recruiting ground for jihadists in our own country, so, wouldn't bringing the detainees here only enhance their capabilities?

The tribunals they're being sent to now are more expensive. Especially since the lawyers, prosecutors and judges keep quitting in protest. I'm not sure that changes, though.

socialism has been around for years in america, the new deal plan, social security, and the bailout. all tenants of socialism. alot of republicans are behind those things as well.
