I flew in this paragliding competition with Steve Cox ( the english pilot profiled in this video) and enjoyed flying with the top paragliding pilots in the world. Thanks to top notch training with Free Spirit Paragliding at Tiger Mt near Seattle and some tandem paragliding flights with Scotty Marion I felt comfortable flying a paraglider in gaggles of 100 plus paragliders at once. If you want to try a tandem paragliding flight I recommend Free Spirit Paragliding. Search for paraglide tandem.

Pilots program turn points into the GPS. They fly one way 10 k tag the turn point, fly another way 30 k tag and so on, it's called a task and the last turn point is called goal.

Organizers make the task in the morning depending on how the day looks.
