too bad record companies today sell an artist and not music nor talent it show how merchandising can influence people on to buy anything. People should start using their ears and not their eyes to understand real music
No one writes songs like this anymore. This is when music was real. Everyone now is worried about out doing everyone else instead of letting their talent talk for them. This song is timeless.
This is an excellent song but you're wrong to say that everyone is covering everyone else. You're unlikely to find new talent on the major labels though because they're not commercial enough. Try your local folk club! It's not all Hey nonny nonny or a finger in the ear.
@N8iveNik No its smart asses like you who forget to look for real music and only see the thin skin that floats on a veritable sea of undiscovered talent.
Look for the real thing because the real thing aint easy to find
@BOATINDOCTOR Yea man, I miss those days too. Everything's synthetic now. Can't even go to a show or concert without some doubt that the singer is really singing live. The individualism has been traded for mainstream popularity. And worse yet, having talent is only half important these days. The more physically attractive you are, the better artist you are. How sick is that?
outstanding song:)
