IF this manager wishes to improve upon Apple's retail success in Shanghai ... its time to start learning the native language at least spoken first then shorthand and traditional kanji scripts for written.

@yeonathon YES I DO think he should for one speech, especially this language as pronounciation is EVERYTHING and important. And since he's VP of Apple's retail program and Apple wants a BIG push this will be critical.
