This group (specif.) didn't break windows, but they did march toward the cops. And the cops following orders, held the line so RNC people could get through without problem. When the protestors got close, the cops did what they where told to do.

The only way you can really be an anarchist is to go into the wild beyond civilization, because once there is civilization there is no chance for anarchy.
If the country lost the governemnt, and became anarchy, the anarchy would only be temporary. People would start to from groups and try to work together and form structure.
