i read the book "the duchess of devonshire" and the movie was what i predicted.keira has brought drama and excellence to the screen in this movie .

im might sound a little pius, but she is great.

There's no way that The Reader should have been picked over The Dark Knight. People don't even realize how brilliant that movie was, it showed the sides of good and evil in their full colors, more so than almost any other movie I've seen. Harvey Dent turning into two-face showed how easily it is to slip into something you've been fighting against, all because you're lost and scared and are at a frenzy. I also think that Gran Torino should have been nominated.

thats just ridiculous tropic of thunder or best picture the reader. no eastwood which i guess was the only one besides rourke to deserve the award. no dark knight which was one of the best movies ever made. a real good story with relations to actual problems in our world and the best supporting actors role ever seen. just amazing.
