Thanks for your comment. Even the boss goofs once in awhile. Luckily, we did not scratch the paper. Leaving the "mistake" on the video was a deliberate choice that, as your comment proves, made the video memorable to those employees that bothered to look at it. Most didn't, preferring hands-on instruction. Sure blew my Hollywood career!

ha ha you should have lifted the platter up before pulling the roll out of the printer and when you reloaded...you most likely scratched the paper doing it the way you did. What makes me laugh is this is a video tutorial yet the guy obviously has never done it before lol.
