this is wing tsung, but it is nearly impossible to use wing tsung (or other self-defence techniques, which are normally used in a streetfight) against a skilled fighter, because these guys don´t act like some bullys, who attack you in the streets. I thing, that you shouldn´t compare this arts.

I've seen other kung fu style fights on youtube like from the Manupstandup fights. All of these kung fu fights end up looking like boxing and grappling. Which is why I think more people should skip kung fu and just learn American boxing or muay thai and then some BJJ.

Most of these kung fu fights I've seen have made me come to the conclusion that American boxing or mauy thai combined with some BJJ is where it's at as far as real fighting self defense. This is pretty much the formula for most mma fighters nowadays.
