My question is if it is two movies, where does it end? Gollum's cave or farther than that? Because even though the ring is introduced half way, there is less complications and more big general adventures in that one. Also there would be a major shift in tones in the movies since bilbo's character changes after a an event I won't mention. Oh well, I trust jackson. And I can't wait for the spiders, trolls, and evil elves.

This is my favorite production video yet. :) I love the dwarf-actors, the dwarf concepts, and how everyone seems to be having a blast! I was originally afraid there'd be 13 Gimlis wondering around but I see there's going to be no problem distinguishing them from each other. Yeah ! It's my favorite video blog as well, I'm watching these videos over and over :) I especially enjoy the parts where you see the old actors, such as Cate or Hugo, return and it is kind of emmotional, especially from 11:42 !! And I have to say I have a stupid smile in the face whenever I watch these :P You know, seeing Elrond amused whereas in the trilogy he never smiled and always had that serious tone, or watching the dwarves burp, sing and Bombur play the Metallica version ;)

It was great to see all the familiar characters once again. I think theyWhite Council scenes are going to be absolutely amazing! So many great actors put together in a succesion of scenes--even if you are no fan of the Lord of the Rings, this will be a must see!
