this is really good...just wish the amen break wasn't so redundant. amen's good in any case...but changing up transitions is where it takes creativity, and that's the best dnb
Ive been looking for this tune for ages! I found the tune on my laptop but it was part of a crappy mix someone had done. I never knew the proper name for it until I used soundhound app on my htc! Brilliant tune!
@andyncfcgetshypedup can i just say , you talk shiut delete your youtube account you are obviously oblivious to music so go listen to your "pop" music and get the f**k off the liquid section.
Drum & Bass is partly Pop Music but mostly made from Electronic Dance Music.. In Brackets (Drum & Bass ranges from 150-230bpm) (This song is about 172bpm because of the slower beats and atmospheric synthesisers)..
@andyncfcgetshypedup i would say drum'n'bass never made it to pop music status. it's more like subcultural cult music that has devout fans. It's explicitly electronic dance music rather than mostly. 230 is an extreme and it's out of the range of drum'n'bass at that point. drum'n'bass jungle rightly starts at 150 (although very few dip that far below 165) and top at about 190. Beyond that is gabber and other music that doesn't fit the drum'n'bass genre, except for perhaps drill'n'bass
@andyncfcgetshypedup Drum n Bass is 150-180 beats per minute. It has nothing to do with pop as pop is a genre. Drum n Bass is its own genre. It stems from a range of genres like House, Techno, Hip Hop, Jazz, Soul and Funk. It originated from the late 80s as Jungle which evolved into Drum n Bass in the mid to late 90s. As of today Drum n Bass has a several sub-genres like Liquid(this tune), Drum funk, Hard step, Neurofunk, Jump-up and some others.

What you said was very ignorant misinformation.

The vocals are sampled from Everytime Tha Beat Drop by Monica. They fit so much better on this track.
