  • Pacquiao had a bad experience with having blood taken from him before a fight. This happened for the first Pac vs Morales fight and he lost. Pacquiao prolly believes the blood taken was a factor and maybe it was.

He said in a Philippine television that he doesnt care if they take blood from him a minute after the fight just not before or during training. The Test they use for boxers is more then enough. They have cought many boxers before. Sugar Shane, Roy Jones Jr, Chavez Jr... etc. This is just more bullshit from Floyd and ducking Manny. Pussy ass move from the Mayweathers.
