for the most part codeine syrup is derived from opium but now a days it is usually synthetic, but does turn into a form of morhine when consumed, so be cautious. Heroin is much purer because it does not have all the added chemicals especially if you shoot the stuff because you cook off most of the cut added by dealers. You're better off trying to get dilaudid morpine 4 or 8 mgs because that does shoot up like heroin but then again i don't recommend it because it will be death of you.
